Cool little sandwich shop in Freedom Square. Great place to stop by for lunch. Food was great, service was great, place was clean, and the food came out fast. If you're looking for a place to sit down and grab a quick bite to eat I highly recommend giving this place a try!

We decided to come here for lunch. My family had ordered before me and I was last… i felt pressure to order quickly as people were in line behind me. (This establishment has a handwritten menu to order from, first come first serve) as I was trying to hurry to be courteous to those behind me, I had asked about a half soup and salad option. The employee (whom I found to be the owner after the fact) said you can get a half soup and side salad. I asked what the side salad was and then about the salad options, he was clearly irritated with my questions, offered absolutely no explanation other than “we have 6 salad options”. I ended up ordering a whole chicken salad which I didn’t want to do. I have been in the restaurant industry for almost 20 years, I have never in my life experienced an owner approach customers with the attitude and responses that he did. my father brought this to his attention, he couldn’t bring himself to apologize, only explain that he “thought he wasn’t rude.” You were rude, irritated, showed no care in explaining the food you offer. When you have a customer asking questions about your menu, you offer explanations. Your wedding soup was sub par, service was beyond awful and the salad I ordered was not good. In addition, all extremely overpriced. I’m glad that you acted that way, so I can make sure I’ll never spend my money in your establishment again.

We wanted something different and ordered take-out from here. It was our first time. The short rib panini was a bit soggy, but the sandwich was still pretty good. O actually wish there had been more horseradish sauce. The picture of the shrimp and corn chowder doesn't do it justice. It's amazing. I just wish there was more shrimp. The mushroom stuffing is excellent and very peppery.

This was my first visit. I don't give five stars on my first visit. The atmosphere was great only to be matched by the great service we were provided. And did I fail to mention? The food was great! Enjoyed everything we ordered.

I've been here 3 times now for lunch! All 3 times I had fabulous sandwiches. If I lived closer, I'd eat here more often. Their tomato basil soup and chicken sandwich is a favorite of mine.

We love Zuppas. The food is always fresh and delicious. I left my purse by accident after one visit and the owner delivered it to my house. So very thankful! Highly recommend this establishment!

You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. The soups, salads and sandwiches are all terrific. The employees are always friendly, great eat in area.

Update: Had to change this to 1 star. My company ordered lunch today. I got the chicken pesto mayo melt. No chicken, no bacon, no cheese. Pesto, bread and tomatoes. WORST SANDWICH EVER. The day prior they forgot one of the sandwiches. Never again!! Salads are excellent as well as the soups and sandwiches. The fish tacos were not my favorite. The corn and bean salsa as well as the pickled onions on the tacos were good. The fish itself was good but the batter was mushy and seemed undercooked but that may be the result of it being takeout. I would definitely eat here in the future.
