Very clean and comfortable to dine in. Soups have so much flavor and lots of options. Did a soup & salad that was a perfect amount to fill me up but not to glutinous. Highly recommend the Sante Fe Chicken soup and zesty Caesar salad. The juices have enough sweetness but not overly sweet. Really enjoyed a healthy lunch in a nice clean quick serve restaurant.

I decided to try this place for the first time. I ordered a soup and salad combo with a buffalo chicken grilled cheese and a bowl of the loaded potato soup. The food was okay but customer service was terrible. The restaurant had made a mistake and made a whole instead of a half sandwich for the order, so instead of just offering the sandwich to me the manager (I assume) right in front of me as a customer said to just cut the half off and they they would just split it among the workers. This experience ensured that I won't be returning to Zoup in the future.

It's really pricey for soup, but I guess it's to be expected. The soup is good but doesn't blow your socks off, the macaroni was put in a microwave to warm up, was a little bummed to see that. The staff were super nice and helpful, though.

It is very good and very expensive. Regular soup, large soup, sandwich, and a half sandwich were almost $40. Soup starts at 8 bucks sandwich at 10. You can do a pick 2, which brings the perfect price down, but sandwiches aren't exactly overstuffed.

Good soup. Okay salad. Good sandwich Just our first visit. Will try again and get a better handle on this place.

I was pretty disappointed. The chicken soup was anything but "really good" , as it's called on the menu. There was barely any chicken or vegetables at all, rather mostly noodles. My bread was even stale. Normally, I wouldn't post a negative review, but a cup of soup cost 8$ plus!! I feel like this was a total waste of money. It's been over a year since I've eaten here last, and the soups were always worth the price. My friend tried the alligator gumbo today, and said it was just ok. He probably wouldn't get it again.

Ordered a chickpea salad, and there were small black pieces of plastic in the food. Otherwise, tasted good. But plastic pieces in food is a safety hazard that the store should take seriously!!

My husband and I had lunch there Friday the food was delicious and the staff was amazing my husband is a veteran a young couple behind us paid for our lunch we were so very touched by what they did that's the first time that has ever happened
