Hey my name is Alba , I drove by Zoo-Rama pet shop almost everyday on their closed hours until o finally got to go in. The greet the atmosphere and the way they speak about the dogs were beyond my expectations. I got the best dog in the world. He’s such a good boy and well trained. They gave me 2 bags of free stuff with my purchase of my toy poodle. Pampers, dry food, wet food, bed , a shirt, dog treat, toys etc. the dog also came with the microchip. The owners and workers were great! Recommend this place! The way they love animals is unique.

This Pet shop is hands down the best place I’ve been to, they have a variety of dogs breeds the staff are excellent, their communication is amazing, I was waiting for them to get Boston Terriers for months and the manager kept in touch with me and always answered any questions or concerns I had. When the Boston Terriers came in they let me know asap and before I knew it my partner and I were bringing home our baby boy. They were extremely helpful when it came to financing and it all around was just an amazing experience. This is the second dog I got from them so now I have my 2 babies happy and healthy with their help and with the free first vet visit certificate they provide.

The owner is so kind and patient with us. We got a puppy and we love her! Will return again and sending my friends there always!

This is one of the best pet shops I’ve ever gotten a pet from! When I got my puppy, they were extremely helpful with payment plans, communication and were very responsive. When my puppy got sick they helped out immensely with the vet and insured she was healthy and taken care of as well as checking in on her. My little one is happy and healthy!! I highly recommended purchasing a puppy here!!!

I am soooo in love with my baby from Zoo Rama. The experience of purchasing was wonderful. My kids were allowed to play with multiple dogs until they finally chose our tiny white Maltipoo. We signed the papers and were given toys, treats, food for about 2 months, a bed, bowls and a folder of detailed instructions (feeding, care, a free vet visit from a vet very near by, vaccine info etc.) Oh! And our baby is pre-micro chipped. All I had to do was visit the website to register the chip which costs a one time fee of $26. No other fees required ever again. I took her to the free vet visit just 4 days after purchasing her. You have up to 14 days to take your pet to the visit. I believe this is for health guarantee purposes. They gave her a full exam and even a fecal test. Everything was negative. If you want a blood test, that is an extra cost. She came with most vaccines. All she needed was to compete the parvo vaccine series as most puppies do. Everything went perfectly with Zoo Rama from staff to the health of my baby. She’s super tiny and so cute. Thank you.

We got our first pet, Kody Bear from Zoo-Rama. The store was pretty busy with people in and out but the staff was professional and super helpful. Not to mention their prices were good reasonable compared to a lot of other places. We were in search for our hypoallergenic puppy and they made sure we made the right final choice with the miniature poodle. You get some time to watch how the dog behaves and hold them. The process was pretty easy, they ask for your drivers license and you sign the detailed paperwork on the dog which gives information on it’s breeder, vaccinations and the stores policy. Additionally, they provided a very helpful care package of treats, food, toys, wee wee pads and more. Reviews should really impact your decision, make sure you do your research before settling for an unreliable place. I highly recommend this place! Update 9/19 Kody is doing great (new photos added)!

We recently purchased a Maltese puppy, Staff is amazing asked many questions regarding my new family member all answered in a professional manner. We have a new bundle of joy and highly recommend it. We are the happiest camper.

I bought my poodle mix in February, went back in yesterday to get a second poodle! Love this place. They are very attentive and they provide you with a lot of the essentials you need when getting a puppy. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.
