My boys have been consistently going for almost over a year, and the discipline, the drive, the focus that my guys have is astonishing! I love it more because it feels like a family with an amazing sense of community! The coaches stretch my kids as well as my husband to be better leaders in this world to themselves and to people they are amongst as well as phenomenal goal setters! Who would’ve thought!! I’m super grateful for all they have accomplished and what’s in store for each and everyone of them in the future, with just instilling this simple discipline! We researched every studio in Abilene and this is by far the closest if not exact thing to Brazilian Juijuitsu! And the instructors and students take home gold in actual tournaments!

Visited Abilene for a few days and needed a place to train. Zombie BJJ welcomed me with open arms. The professor was great, the facility was nice with plenty of mat space, and the other students were awesome. If you’re ever passing through Abilene, or you’re looking for a new place to train, I highly recommend Zombie BJJ.

Dropped in at Zombie BJJ twice over the Christmas holiday. This place definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Owner answered my call when I inquired about open mat. He even called me back ON CHRISTMAS DAY to let me know about a second, unscheduled open mat that they’d planned the following day. The gym was clean and organized. Rolls were awesome. There are some legit killers in the room, including some surprising advanced work from lower belts. Everyone was skilled, friendly, and mindful of safety. They were all curious about the stranger and some made social media connections. This is a great hardworking and familial gym. If I lived in Abilene, this is the gym I’d join. And when I return to visit I’ll be dropping in again.

I tried a free adult class and instantly feel in love. The coaches as well as students are extremely helpful and informative. The training here provides a great physical work out, tests your critical thinking skills, and gives lessons in self defense. It is overall a great environment and couldn't be happier that I joined.

I had been training 6+ years before I moved to Abilene. First day in the gym, I felt at home and welcome. The instruction is fantastic, it has a great family atmosphere and the structure is set to cater from beginners to experienced competitors. Highly recommend.
