Zoë Cleaning & Restoration - Water damage restoration service in Greenwood - 325 West Wiley Street, USA

I used Zoe after a good review from my neighbor to pack up, clean and move my property, after our condos had a fire. Contrary to my neighbors experience I had a horrible experience and I'm still trying to get my money back for the service and products that I did not receive. My neighbor was supplied with 554 photos of his items, I received 18. I was charged for boxes as a supply, when a large number were my own totes and boxes. I was charged a higher rate for packing my items than my male neighbor. I was charged for cleaning my items when 99% of my property was not cleaned. Upon delivery of my items I immediately brought to their attention that my items were not cleaned. The owner said he stood by the salesperson's opinion. I then got transferred from the owner to an attorney. I gave him an itemized list of what I did receive and his response was basically that the owner would not refund anything. I have since filed a complaint with the attorney general. My next step is to file a lawsuit for a refund of $12,000. I paid them over 32,000. During the process of the service my neighbor was contacted for approval of the amount. During mine I was not contacted until they claimed to be done. Apparently what they do is find out how much your coverage is and then charge you that amount. My neighbor paid far less and had far less property than I did, plus his items were actually cleaned. I feel taken advantage of when I was in a horrible situation, perhaps because I am a single mom and he figured I was an easy target. I've included just a few of the hundreds of photos I have taken. Including a couple totes that they labeled as "box" in order to charge my for the supply of boxes.

The leadership at Zoe is top-notch. It was great to learn more about their property damage restoration and commercial cleaning services. The advancements in technology and the commitment to communication are the best I have seen. I will be recommending them for more jobs in the future.

Jason Graf and Dave Richards with Zoe Facility Services are incredible professionals. They did an excellent job and maintained excellent levels of communication with me through this whole process with the property cleaning and removal from my recent condo fire. They were courteous and you could tell they genuinely cared about the situation I was dealing with related to my fire and the loss of property. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for their services, and I have already referred several people, one who is actually signed up!

Our house had sustained water damage as well as needing drywall repair and broken window restoration. Zoe Facility Services handled the whole process from emergency services to total restoration with excellence and exceptional service.I would highly recommend them. Jessica, our project manager, kept close communication on every detail of the process. She responded to our questions within 24 hours and made sure progress was made. She and Dave also gave detailed estimates to our Indi company and told us what we needed to communicate to our claims adjuster. It was a difficult 2 months living away from home. But now our house is better than before. In fact, I already referred Zoe facility services to friends whose pipe burst and flooded their entire house while they were away.

I got a call back within minutes of our request for service, despite it being after business hours. Dave has been absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, very patient as we ask endless questions, professional, easy to talk to, and very trustworthy. He has explained everything each step of the way so it makes sense, has put us at ease about the process, and assured us that our home will be restored after our basement flood. He is extremely available to us and the company has been top of the line. Absolutely recommend!

My job with Zoe is the best thing I could ever ask for. I love my job, but I love this company even more. They go above and beyond for their employees, and we all go above and beyond for our clients. They've taken care of me and my coworkers more times than I can count. That doesn't even compare to the level of service or satisfaction we want to give our clients.
