Zip's Drive-In - Cheney - Fast food restaurant in Cheney - 911 1st St, USA

After coming here for sometime. I got to say this place has anew shine too it. The place looks so clean better yet it feels clean. I see stuff organized and in its place. The staff are on point and super considerate. The manager must have either shaped up or shipped out. Either way who ever is managing this place now is on point. Will come again will recommend 5/5

It was so quick! There was an 8 car line and we were in and out within 10 minutes! The small ice cream is HUGE! Definitely a great choice for dessert or snacks :) Breakfast is insanely big!!! Definitely able to feed 2 people

FYI: You were sold out of the Cod meal. So...... I bought the Halibut meal. Bought fish meal. I've had chicken strips that are bigger. Two of the smallest pieces of fish for $15. Not cool

On 12-24-23 My grandson and I went to Zips at approximately 5:20 it took 10 minutes before they took are order. It took another 10 minutes to get up to the window to pay. Then they screwed the order up, we ordered the shrimp basket,and the cod basket. When they reviewed the order they said we ordered a tub of fries. We told them no we ordered the shrimp basket and the cod basket. They looked at the order and said okay. They proceeded to give us the order, and then didn't give us our drinks. They came back and ask And asked us what was wrong. We explained we never got our drinks, one small milk shake one small diet. It took two times to get the drink orders. Then we were informed the milkshake machine was broke. When we got are drinks we pulled into the parking lot to check the order. They gave us the shrimp basket and a tub of fries, no cod basket. I walked back to the window and told the kid that we did not get our cod basket. He said you said you did. I said no the gave us the tub of fries. The Cod basket was setting under the warmer they didn't even check to make we got the correct order.

I was driving thru and found this place. I'm glad I did. This is what McD, BK, or Wendy's should have been! What a great menu! I'm glad I walked in instead of using the drive-thru. Highly recommended!

The drive thru is always terribly slow, and the person taking your order often cuts you off while you're talking or just seems completely disinterested. Our order took over 20 min from ordering to the window w/only 2 cars ahead of us, and then they forgot part of our order and made us wait in a parking spot where they forgot all about us for 10 more minutes. My husband had to go in ,and they were super nonchalant about forgetting about our missed food, and didn't even attempt to apologize.

Used to love this place! Would come though once a month and get a drive through wrangler meal. Well they forgot my fries and tarter. Then this last time I went through they forgot my wrangler!!! It’s like an 11$ frickn sandwich. Was getting on the freeway when I noticed

Lisa, the manager, is so kind and generous. She cares about customer satisfaction. The food here tastes so much better than any Zip's I've ever been to.
