Come say “Hey!” To Alora at this Zip’s location. They’re lucky to have her! She’s super friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. She was training someone new while also running the drive through and front counter. She did so with ease and efficiency!
I personally recommend the waffle fries here. Not all zips locations have waffle fries. Yum!
Didn't expect my burger to be thrown in the bag. Asked to add bacon - got one slice. The service seemed fake. They weren't busy in the slightest so I definitely expected more care to be taken when making the food.
When you order the large fries with your meal these guys do not mess around. You will receive a bag of fries. I think they are a bit salty but I am aware many people prefer them that way. You get more than you need.
Whenever in town, we take the grands for the ice cream cones. This Zip's had younger employees and the grandkids made ordering confusing. They gave a giant serving for the child's size and the same size for the regular! But we ended up with an extra somehow! It was all good and the employees were patient with us. I've never eaten anything but the ice cream cone so I can't comment on anything else.
Drive-thru is great as always. The lady at the window is great 👍 keep up the good work.
Went through drive through asked for no salt fries and chicken strips. Because they oversalt. She looked pussed when i got to window. I asked her to wipe side of drionk had soda down side. She roller eyes said yeah. Got food was salted.
My chicken bacon swiss only had chicken on it, and my regular fry came with about 14 fry's. They also charged everything separately instead of in a combo so we over paid 10 dollars over the posted combo price.
The girl there helped me push my truck...it quit me...that was nice of her...but the drive thru was slow that day...usally better than that...
The gentleman who helped us tonight around 750pm was absolutely fantastic. We didn't manage to catch his name. The food was also fresh and put together well, always potentially an issue with fast food.
