Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort - Resort hotel in Orderville - Twin Knolls Rd, USA

I didn't get to stay here although I would have loved it. They have so many things to do on site.. we came for the star gazing.. (sadly it wasn't the best of weather so they booked us for the next day.. they didn't have to as my reservation said no cancels or reschedules.. so I was very very thankful) the worker wanted us to get the very best we could. The two people in the gift shop were amazing and told me a couple of places to check out. My family and I are from AZ.. so if we come to Utah again.. I'll for sure look into staying there

Posting my review here since the guest survey sent via email doesn’t allow you to submit (says question 1 requires an answer even though an answer was selected). Great property with tons of amenities and friendly staff. The food at the restaurant is reasonably priced and is actually pretty good. The ice cream/smoothie bar is also great. The pool is nice and it seems they take good care of it overall. Didn’t get to experience some of the other amenities due to time restraints, but would like to do some of the adventure tours next time. Despite the positives, there was unfortunately one big negative of our stay here. It appears there is no enforcement of the quiet hours on the campground. We were kept up until 2 AM due to people yelling and talking loudly all night. There appeared to almost be a party going on down near the showers/restrooms. Unfortunately, we were campsite 1 so we were very close and could hear everything. There was also someone driving an ATV in and out of the campground all night until after 1 AM. I am not sure if these people were guests or staff members, but the lack of sleep made our next day in Zion much less enjoyable. I would stay here again, but definitely wouldn’t stay at the campgrounds next time.

I stayed 4 nights with my family in the cabin suites. I'm glad we stayed but I would stay in Springdale Utah the next time. I was aware of the commute time between the park and this resort and really didn't mind it but Springdale would be more convenient. At this price point I did not feel the rooms were clean enough. Pool was great, the kids loved it. Staff were great. The biggest advantage would be the peace of this resort vs the bustle of the lodge or Springdale. I felt like more experiences should be included in the price rather than additional.

Great Location! So convenient to reach Zion(10 minutes) and Bryce(1.5hrs). 2 hours away from Horseshoe bend and Antelope canyon. The flaming tents were great! (Gets really hot during the day though) Common Bathrooms can definitely get an upgrade. Regardless all facilities were great and clean!

I loved my stay at an individual camp site. They were very nice. There are lots of activities at the resort like mini golf and rock climbing. I had plans to hike at Zion National Park and fish at the Kolob Reservoir so I didn't have time to take advantage of the activities they offered or even use the pool. Even without utilizing the pool or the music event on Saturday night, I had a GREAT time. View was amazing, showers and toilets were very clean. They had dish washing sinks available also and a gift shop where we could purchase ice and fem products when we ran out. I would love to come back and stay a night in the cabins sometime. You can't beat the location! Great bang for your buck!

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay in our tiny home. The pool was fantastic for my young boys. The canyoneering trip with Sam and Nathan was just the right length with the perfect amount of instruction and freedom. The tiny home was stocked with all the utensils and pans we needed. I was even able to make my daughter a birthday cake. The wood-fired pizzas were delicious. Access to Observation Point (Mesa Trail) was easy to access. It was nice to be close to Zion, but not too close to the chaos.

Love staying in the ranch. Although I didn't get to do all the fun activities here. I would recommend you bring your friends and families to spend time here and also Zion. It is in a decent distance from the national park as well. You will enjoy your time

Great to stay for three days, we stayed in camp group site #1 The location is within 20 minutes of the east entrance to Zions National Park. We stayed in early August, and it wasn't that hot, I'm guessing, due to the elevation. Clean shower houses, they're adding a large pond, it wasn't filled yet but they were in the process. Very chill atmosphere, AMAZING milkshakes, I was completely blown away by their milkshake making abilities.
