Zion on The 9 - Bed & breakfast in Virgin - 128 220 W, USA

Jen & Shalia couldn't have been more amazing--what a unique, warm and wonderful place! Our tent was beautifully decorated and there were touches of home everywhere. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast every morning was delicious and the carrots for the horses was a super fun addition to our tray. The barn was a fun place to relax and enjoy drinks and music and meet others staying on the grounds. The landscape surrounding us was absolutely stunning. We were about 20 minutes from Zion NP. Our hosts gave us wonderful suggestions for food and were proactive in giving us information prior to arrival. It was quick and easy to communicate with them. HIGHLY recommend Zion on the 9!!

This place is absolutely lovely, full of so many thoughtful touches, and it all stems from how amazing the hosts are. They are such a cute couple, and we loved talking with them, and meeting their adorable dogs! The property is gorgeous and has so many amenities: Pool, hot tub, friendly horses to feed, a smoker to cook with, a kitchenette in the barn, a movie projector in the hayloft, a small "bar" with free beers from past guests, and an IR Sauna (for a fee). They bring fresh breakfast to your tent in the morning, and it is always delicious. But even more than the amenities, the customer service is what sets this place apart from all others. When my disabled partner had trouble sleeping on the mattress in one tent, they upgraded us to another tent that was super comfy, and we ended up extending our stay because it was so nice! I would recommend this place to anyone, it is a destination in and of itself, and one of the closest places to Zion you can stay in other than the park itself, and much nicer. I'd especially recommend Zion on the 9 to the queer and neurodiverse communities, because the hosts will make sure you feel truly welcomed.

Absolutely AMAZING!! 100% recommend! Everything was perfect from the personal touches, great communication, location, Amenities, and more! Great breakfast provided every morning. It was our anniversary, and they had a beautiful personal note wishing us a happy anniversary, along with a great bottle of Cab, wine glasses and decanter. Loved feeding the horses every morning. I can't say enough great things about Jennifer, Shaila, and their place. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back♥️

I want to thank the hosts from the bottom of my heart for their empathy, kindness, and understanding. I've never had such great customer service from any airbnb or hotel before. It's a rare thing to find a safe space as a transgender person, much less as a neurodiverse individual. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. The location is fantastic, the breakfast each morning is really nice, the barn is such a cool place to hang out, and their smoker is amazing to cook with. oh and the horses will love you for feeding them carrots, and the hot tub, IR sauna, and pool are delightful after long hikes.

Magical place! The hosts were so lovely and accommodating. Amazing shared spaces that have such a wonderful and unique vibe and wonderful private airstream, with AC and a view of the paddocks. Pool and spa nice and close and ready to use at all times. And breakfast delivered right to our front door and we got to share it with the horses. A dream. Looking forward to our next stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Zion on the 9 many times and this review is long overdue. It was a tremendous experience from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about this place. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. Shaila and Jen are incredible hosts who always go above and beyond to make our stay special. Communication was effortless, and they were always available to answer any questions or offer local recommendations. The property itself was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, I was taken aback by the beauty of the location. Nestled in the shadow of Zion National Park, Zion on the 9 offered the perfect blend of comfort and wilderness. The property is well thought out, with attention to every detail. The tent was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the sounds of nature and fresh air was a truly magical experience. It's hard to describe how serene and peaceful the surroundings were. I really loved seeing the horses graze and watching the ducks pass my tent every morning. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the little luxuries provided by Shaila and Jen, from the early morning breakfast to the outdoor seating area with a fire pit. We enjoyed evenings by the fire, toasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the starry night sky. Shaila and Jen were always available to offer assistance, provide local tips, and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their passion for the outdoors and commitment to sustainable living was inspiring. Whether you're coming to hike and explore Zion National Park or just seeking a peaceful retreat, Zion on the 9 offers something for everyone. I can't recommend Zion on the 9 enough. It's a perfect escape from Las Vegas for us. Thank you Shaila and Jen for creating such a magical place. I'll always cherish the memories of this special place and can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

My friend Katie and I camped at Zion and the Social Virgin on a park road trip through Utah. It was our last stop and it was THE most amazing place I have ever stayed/camped. We got to meet Shaila, Scott, and Ken who are the most amazing hosts. They created a dessert oasis complete with a pool, hottub, social barn, and breakfast, and coffee delivered to your tent site upon waking. It was a dream come true! We left feeling like part of the family instead of visiting campers. Thank you so much and I cannot recommend more highly! I will be coming back anytime I’m in the area- I enjoyed the camping more than Zion national park!

Glamping near Zion National Park. Super friendly hosts, ducks & horses on property, stars, pool, jacuzzi, bonfire, barn, breakfast delivered to your tent, and a really nice view. And super clean bathrooms/showers! This was one of our favorite places to stay on our road trip.
