Ziggi's Coffee - Coffee shop in Lakewood - 9190 W Colfax Ave, USA

I've been going here just over 2 years and this is my favorite coffee shop. Everyone working is always so friendly and helpful. They always put me in a great mood. I order a variety of drinks from their energy infusions to smoothies and hot/iced/blended coffee drinks and I have never disliked anything! All the food options are also tasty, the only criticism I could offer is I wish there were more savory vegetarian food available (used to have a Cesar salad I loved and a veggie breakfast sandwich would be great).

This is a very fun place with great drinks and nice people!

My elderly folks drive through this locations on nearly a daily basis. I’ve been on the phone with them enough times to know that the staff there is exceptional. They are so patient and kind to my parents, even though my Dad can only hear them half the time. 😜 Thabks for providing such amazing services and reminding us all there is still kindness out there!! ❤️

I normally like Ziggies, I will get their drip coffee and maybe a gluten free sandwich. However today I got a caramel macchiato that was so horrendous I was compelled to go out of my way to give an otherwise awesome place a 2 star review. The drink was atrocious, an actual atrocity. It felt gritty and was straight up just creme and sugar. Completely different than what a macchiato is. I drank about half of it before dumping it and the drink made me feel sick. I’m curious how many calories my drink was and I’m assuming it was 800+ calories of creme and sugar. Absolutely horrible, horrible, awfulness.

Used to be 5 stars, but no chocolate espresso egg on my coffee cup 😔 I thought that was what made them different. I don't go for coffee often, but that was the perfect treat. I did do pumpkin chocolate chip bread which was nice, a lot of Americans want to overdo the chocolate, but it was pleasantly perfect.

I love Ziggi's in general, best spicy Chai around! But this particular location rang in my drink smaller than I asked for, then comped me the correct size. I was very grateful because I needed a boost!

Took 2 minutes of standing at the counter before someone acknowledged my presence. The tea bag was taped to the side of my cup which made its removal challenging, resulting in splashed tea on the table. Training anyone?

I went in at the beginning of July and was shocked at how hot it was in the store. One singular box fan was blowing hot air around a 80°+ store. It was disgusting. The workers were rushing around making HOT coffee for people in unlivable conditions. When I asked, they said the ac was out and would be for the next SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS. insane how that place hasn't been reported and the owner be sued is beyond me. I can not understand how someone would care more about money than their own workers. Disgusting. I'd like to say that I think it is inhuman, and if the owner does read this, I hope they feel ashamed. Oh and I saw the reply from the ziggis team, maybe you didn't understand that even if something is fixed, it doesn't negate the fact that you make your employees work in 80° conditions and this is inhumane. Pay your employees more, and have some common human decency. I've reported her poor ownership. I plan to continue until something is resolved. This is not right and needs to be changed. Figure it out, owner.
