Ziggi's Coffee - Coffee shop in Thornton - 14325 Lincoln St, USA

I went to this Ziggies coffee during the late morning. During that time I ordered about four drinks for the family and found out how great it was. The Firehouse was definitely a good recommendation made by the ziggi staff. Overall, had a great experience at the drive thru and will return for future coffee. Great Job Ziggis Coffee team!

A great place for a quick coffee and bite to eat. Its always a special treat to get coffee here and I find new favorites every time I go.

When I first received my drinks this morning they were not filled up, even halfway, I asked the gal at the window if that was typical, and she said yeah, it really depends on who is making the drink to which I responded that’s odd because I tend to get drinks almost every day and they’ve never been a full she said I will remake them and was kind and understanding, you could tell she was embarrassed about the product. Amaya made it right and was kind and professional throughout the interaction, she is the type of employee you want to keep.

This place has become my second office. Obviously there are plenty of coffee shops to choose from, but what makes this location the one for me is THE STAFF. From the beginning they have been warm, welcoming, and overall super friendly. They care about the customer experience. They go beyond just taking an order. The staff makes an effort to get to know you. For example, they made the effort to remember my name and now I am always greeted by my name. In this day and age, that type of intentionality goes a long way. And let's not forget their coffee, it is outstanding! So, if you want an experience that goes beyond the coffee, please visit this location and tell them Russ sent you :)

Drive thru experience was good, and the food and coffee were amazing! The manager was a little unaware of customer visibility during employee interactions.

The Americano was a little bitter. Service and atmosphere were good. Medium size is like most places large so that's a plus. My wife's Mocha frappe was like chocolate cake batter, which I'm not saying is a bad thing.

I meet here regularly with a friend. It's a good location with friendly service. They're good at letting you customize your drinks, having it your way. Today my extra hot was actually extra hot! This is something that I find that they are not good at, getting your extra hot drinks actually extra hot. This said, your drinks are enjoyable nonetheless and those frivolous lawsuits are likely to blame for the failure to receive my extra hot drinks any more. This location is a good choice...
