I expected so much better from a Wyndham property than what I experienced! Staff were all excellent, and I have no complaints with them whatsoever but the property and the amenities were awful. Advertised as a family friendly luxury resort, yet there was nothing luxurious with regards to my room, or the amenities available. my family was placed in a building undergoing renovations that had a lot of dust throughout the hallway that we had to pass through and a strong smell of paint. The room did not have a microwave or fridge, which would not have been an issue if there were available restaurants and other food options, but there were not. There was also no chairs to sit in the room. There was one steakhouse on site with limited hours for the holiday. There was also a bar and snack food place however, families were not allowed to enter to order food and eat. So there was no food options if you were unluckily enough to not get a table at the steakhouse. it forced us to find an open gas station and eat beef jerky for Christmas Eve! They’re also were no amenities that made this resort like. There is a gym and a pool on site with a small Jacuzzi area. There’s also a sauna and steam room in each of the bathrooms in the gym, however , the sauna was unavailable. There were no massages or any other spa services offered. All in all, I paid a lot of money to include additional resort fees for a very substandard less than hotel like experience. I would not stay here again.

We came here for an overnight stay. Upon check-in, they told us because we were Wyndham Diamond members, they upgraded us to a king one bedroom suite. It did not disappoint. This room was fully loaded, almost like a studio apartment. If you are ever in Midway, I highly recommend this resort.

Bed was old and uncomfortable. No option for movie rental. The cable tv was something you would see in a motel 6. Lack of room service. Neat area. Lots to do close by. Price was reasonable and appreciated. The rewards program is good too.

While the location is in a great spot, the resort is a bit outdated. Had high hopes for the wellness center and their saunas and steam rooms, although during our 4 day stay both private womens sauna and steam were out of order, the men's private steam room was out of order, and the co-ed steam room broke after our first day. Additionally, the 2 story hot tub was out of order. When asked, the front desk could not provide an update on when they'd be fixed. The plus side to this resort was the Lobby Lounge, incredibly friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks. For over $200 a night and an almost $30 resort fee I'd expect the resort to be in better condition.

We came here for my bachelorette weekend and were saddened by our experience. While in the outdoor hot tub there were unsupervised children throwing snowballs at surrounding adults. We tried to kindly tell the children to stop and they continued. We told staff and it sounded like they were going to ask them to leave but they never did. Also the pool bleached my sister in law's bathing suit. We informed staff and were told there's not much they can do.

First of all, I would like to say I had stayed here before, and absolutely enjoyed the whole experience, 3 years ago! It was a different experience this time. I was given a 2 night stay as a gift for my anniversary. To my surprise, I was hit with an almost $200 resort fee upon check-in, which they did reduce to just $50 when told I thought everything was pre-paid through Expedia. The Villa we stayed in was actually really nice, other than you could tell the plumbing fixtures are outdated by about 15-20 years. The only other thing I didn't really like, was the fact I couldn't get any kind of refund at all when we had to unexpectedly check out a full day early due to a family medical emergency. We checked in at approximately 9:00 pm on a Saturday night, and had to check out at 7:30 am the following Sunday morning. I asked the gal at the front desk if there was any kind of refund for something like this, and she said "Unfortunately there's not"! Ok, well I thought I'd ask. She was very polite about it though! So the person who paid for the stay is unfortunately out a full night and day's stay! The other issue I would like to talk about is the parking lots. I understand it's winter in January, but to not salt the parking lots and entrance to the hotel when there's ice, is unacceptable for a large resort. My wife and I both almost fell just getting out of the car. I truly hope that in the future, the resort can sort out all the hidden fees and work on some kind of understanding for situations such as emergency check-outs and at least offer some kind of compensation.

This place was really nice we loved staying here! They said our room would be ready by 2pm, we had to be to our Pollar Express by 4 and the rooms weren't ready until 4pm when we had to leave. There was a spider web in the ceiling in our kitchen. They don't let you take the towels from the pool up to your room, which is really weird, especially when you have to go outside to get back to the villas. It was snowing and so cold! Other than those things, we had a great stay.

We stayed at a Villa at Zermatt. The Villa was very spacious, it has a small kitchen, a living area with a fire place, a very good size room, bath tub, shower, etc. We had family over at our villa and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit, we had an amazing time, we enjoyed the pool that is kept warm during the winter months. The room was very clean, our linens were nice and clean, the shower, tub and bathroom was immaculate.

This place has a really good view of the entire Heber Valley. You get a 360 observation point it’s very beautiful from all sides. You can make it up by car. The road is very narrow, but very well-kept. The kids loved the view.

Such a perfect way to start the day. The pastry was light, flakey, and oh so delicious. The selection of baked goods was wonderful. I cannot wait to go back.

Very cool place to check out. Everyone was friendly and the water was nice and warm! We paid extra for the snorkel gear, but I wouldn't recommend that - there really wasn't much to see. They keep the attendance numbers low so that you have plenty of

Had a great time with the kids and grandkids! 2 hours of up the mountain, down the mountain! 6 lanes of tubing, about 200 people, maybe a bit less. The lines go pretty fast. The treadmill lift was great. Sign said 7 minutes up, but only 1 time did it
