These guys are great... as long as you don't actually need them or if you do, you don't ask them anything too complicated. We pay them a FORTUNE for ongoing maintenance month-in-month-out, and yes they answer a few softball questions from New Hires but we never had any real issues for them to tackle. One of our Employees was doing some Remote Work and was having trouble with File Sharing... and they couldn't figure it out. The worked on it for a while. But then when they couldn't figure it out, turned around and said "This is outside your Agreement and we are NOT going to work on it". And they didn't. We had to bring in an actual / qualified technical resource to fix the problem. Zen Techworks has a Subscription Revenue Model that works like an Insurance Company: Take in as much money as possible and pay out as absolutely little as they can legally get away with. Just like the Frequent Flyer Miles you can't use or the Timeshare you can't get into - when you need these guys they will BAIL on you because THEY DON'T KONW HOW TO FIX COMPLEX PROBLEMS. They are a Sales and Billing Company that does a little bit of very lightweight Computer 101 Maintenance. Do yourself a favor and find a real Technology company. These guys are the Mary Kay of Computer Service Firms.
