Best place to train as a family. Wonderful atmosphere, very welcoming staff, and the members are united and family oriented. Would definitely recommend this dojo to everyone!

Such a welcoming place! All the coaches are super sweet and know what they’re doing. You can tell that they really love what they do. And the owner actually cares about his students. They have a really great program for the kiddos, as well as the best MMA, judo, and jujitsu for adults in the city. Overall a great vibe and really cool place to train. Also props for always keeping the place very clean :)

We have been attending here for little over a year now, I can’t tell you enough how awesome this place is. They are the best family oriented place for your kid to learn and excel in one of their many programs. My son can’t wait to go everyday to see his coaches and friends here at zen. This place is absolutely wonderful and we won’t be leaving anytime soon.

Zen has completely changed my son’s life for the better. He has developed discipline and confidence that he never had before. The coaches are amazing at explaining things and are always making sure to emphasize safety. You are always treated as family when you walk through the door. Can’t say enough good things!

Our 3 boys go here and we have absolutely loved it. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive with all the kids. The entire staff feel more like family than just business owners. Everyone is very invested in each other. You will never regret the decision to go to this facility.

My 8 year-old daughter and 6 year-old son have been taking jiujitsu lessons at this studio for 7 months now and have excelled in their confidence and basic athletic abilities. The owners and instructors are dedicated and provide high level instruction per my husband who has done jiujitsu before. They have also taken Judo classes and had great experiences with this art form as well. We highly recommend this martial arts studio for your children. We have not taken the adult classes obviously, but the adults leaving and entering the studio seem happy to be there.

I have been training Brazilian jiu jitsu here for a little over a year, had no clue what I was walking into. The moment I stepped through those doors, I was treated like family. Now I couldn’t imagine this place not being a part of my life. The owners are fantastic people, the coaches are very knowledgeable, and patient. If you miss a few classes nobody will hassle you… whether you are there to get in shape physically and mentally, or you want to compete as much as possible… Zen is most definitely a great place to start!
