The restaurant was lovely and smelled like something delicious was going on! The tables were pristine and just enough holiday decor to be tasteful. Our server, Mohammed was very attentive and the food was hot and the presentation on beautiful plates. The calamari appetizer, lobster ravioli, and homemade cheesecake with mixed berries was divine! It was a memorable dining experience that I will repeat again and highly recommend!

Came here one evening for dinner with friends… The place is quaint and offers a few different dining areas to break up the groups to not feel so crowded. The menu is the typical Italian menu (seafood, beef, pork, pasta, etc). They have a full bar and offer wines too, even some popular names. Service during our visit was decent. When it comes to the kitchen’s execution of the menu it was adequate, but far from elaborate or nicely plated. The entrées tended to be “over-sauced” rather than “just right” leading to a sloppy presentation. Flavor was ok as well. Overall, it was a nice visit.

Nestled in the old town area of Herndon, Zeffirelli restaurant offers an intimate dining experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, contrasting with a somewhat cool reception that we received upon entry. However, this was quickly overshadowed by our server’s attentiveness and knowledge. For starters, I highly recommend the Gamberi alla Zeffirelli, a delightful beginning to the meal. The Branzino Capri from the seafood section of the main course was a highlight, perfectly cooked and complemented by just the right amount of white wine sauce. The Agnolotti di Aragosta (a pasta stuffed with lobster meat and cooked in a lobster sauce) from the Pasta section was okay in the taste. While some may find Zeffirelli a bit pricey, those seeking a special and intimate dining experience will find it offers good value for money.

The food was delicious! It is a very nice environment. A must visit if you are near Dulles airport. I highly recommend. The next I'm in the area, guess where I will be dining?

This was our third time dining here and it certainly didn’t disappoint! The grilled octopus is a must! Everything is always so fresh, I love the atmosphere, it’s a tiny little place that I highly recommend a reservation for. It really is such a treat! Bonus for having a parking lot out back of the building for the restaurant.

A very nice restaurant, with high-quality food, beautiful decorations, and nice servers. They serve you real Italian food, several options to choose from, a nice selection of beverages, and great desserts. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of tables in different rooms. A few points though: 1- A bit expensive, somehow a fancy restaurant. Most of their Italian cuisines and meals have a starting price of 20$ ( the cheapest one) and higher ( 50$ for special dishes are normal) 2-It may not be a good choice if you are looking for a family restaurant. Especially for small kids and perhaps even teenagers. Not a pizza place! 3- Going on a date? A perfect restaurant to have a nice date. Also, a perfect restaurant for a small business meeting. 4- Food portions? Not much, remember it is kind of a fancy restaurant, don't expect an Olive Garden. 5-An advanced Reservation is almost a must, especially for Friday and Saturday. 6- parking? Close by, but hard to find in the evening time of weekends.

This restaurant had a nice intimate setting. The greeting upon entry wasn't necessarily the greatest, but the host was still polite. My friend and I enjoyed our drinks, but our server never asked if we wanted more. Our food too quite a while to come out. The shrimp and snail appetizers tasted pretty good. As far as our meals my friend enjoyed her lobster dish, but I wasn't too fond of the salmon. The peppercorn threw me off from the taste a little, and the sauce it was dressed in was a little salty. I'd be willing to try other dishes based on reviews, especially a pasta dish. The service was ok but our server would disappear for long periods. It was a little full in the restaurant so we let it slide, it just would've been nice to check in and let us know our food would take a while and see if we wanted more drinks in the meantime.
