The worst place to sign up to study, I paid cash for the CNA course, a total of 524 dollars, in April, the classes were scheduled to start on May 3, when I arrived at the “institute” I was surprised that the classes were canceled due to lack of students, at no time did I receive an email or a phone call, the same thing happened for the CPR classes, I arrived at the place and they told me that they had canceled for the same reason, there was a lack of students, I talked to Ms. Sylvia to request a refund of my money since they failed to comply twice with the classes that I paid for and I could not continue paying a babysitter for my children, asking for leave from my job and spending on gasoline, since I live in Estero and this place is 40 minutes away, To which she responds that they can't refund my money, that they can reschedule my classes. They only refunded me 494 dollars of the 619 I paid, and they are so shameless that they tell me that they return that to me as a “courtesy”, Absolute irresponsibility, they are SCAMMERS, THIEVES

I just graduated from the phlebotomy program yesterday, and I must say this is hands down the best school I have ever attended, and I have even attended University! There is not a day that has gone by that my instructor as well as the general staff has made me feel 100% welcome and supported. They are with you every single step of the way. You will leave this class feeling very confident in your abilities and ready to make a change. Sylvia, the owner of the school, is a very inspiring woman, and Jennifer was the best instructor I've ever had. I'm going to miss everyone dearly! You will not make a mistake going to this school. Just do it! Take that step and make a difference in the medical community!

The best part of this school was the teacher Jennifer Dilthey, she was an amazing teacher who went out of her way even after leaving the school to make sure my class passed out NHA. She did online zoom reviews with us the week before the test. Overall the school is a little messy, we didn’t have enough needles to do our pokes for the first week, they are also money hungry but I guess that’s pretty normal now a days. LOVED Mrs. Jen!!!

I just completed the Medical Assistant program and passed the NHA CCMA exam at Zeal Technical Institute. I had a great experience with the teachers and staff especially with my teacher Ms. Jennifer Dilthey. She is awesome! You get great hands on training and she really took the time to help me study for the NHA exam. Definitely recommend the school to future students looking to be phlebotomists and MA’s.

If I could leave no stars, I would My daughter registered, when she did, made them aware she was still getting her last credits for high school, she was ill and had to do alternative hs so she told them this, "no problem at all" I paid 1000.00 every month, SHE GOT ALL A's She finished ma program, AT THE END they say oh we aren't giving you you're certificate bc you don't have HS diploma!!.. 7k gone.. They can say the review is untrue all they want feel free to find me on social media I'll show you all the documents they waited until she finished the program in the interim I was paying $900÷ a month and that no point did they say hey by the way we need her diploma. Then refuse to speak to me, the one who was paying, however they had no trouble speaking to me, the one PAYING, when they were taking my 900+ a month! If they want to be technical about it she shouldn't have even been able to start the program without her high school diploma that is what their contract reads however they told me it was no problem so I took them at face value that was my first mistake

CNA school was very detailed and I had no problems with my exam. Phlebotomy is great! John Young is my teacher and he’s very detail oriented. I can’t imagine anyone else being my teacher! So excited to start my new job in the lab! Love this guy he’s awesome not only that but the staff here is so kind and friendly. Highly recommended 10 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I completed the Phlebotomy program at SWVT, and it was the best decision of my life so far. I've been a stay at home mom for the past 3 years, and im generally a very nervous person ,so school was a bit nerve wracking for me. But my class was a lot of fun, my classmates were amazing people and we all really helped each other. Mr.John is a great teacher and a funny guy,with a sense of humor that i enjoyed. He will absolutely make sure you pass ,he got me through it even when I wasn't feeling too confident in myself, and I can never thank him enough.

I recently completed the Phlebotomy/EKG program March 2021. Zeal tech is very professional and informative from the first phone call, to the admission process to the actual classes itself. I couldn’t have joined a better school! I would especially like to give recognition to my instructors Ms. Nadia. She went above and beyond not only for myself but also for a handful of students who wanted and/or needed the help. She will literally stay after class every day and help us study for exams, update our resumes and also prepped us with interview questions (and answers) ensuring that we were all ready and prepared for what’s to come next. If I could take both classes all over again, I would just to be in Ms Nadia classroom once again. Thanks to her I am now an employee with Lee Health only one week after finishing my programs.
