I've only had one issue in the many times I've been to this restaurant. Yesterday I ordered slaw instead of fries like usual. I used the mobile app, picked up through drive thru. When I got home, unfortunately the slaw was not in a container, but just put in the tray. It had gotten juices all over my chicken, toast and bag, and I had to toss the slaw and toast as it had became a mess. I salvaged my chicken strips, but they were soggy as well, and very small. The peach tea rocked though.
I highly suggest this restaurant. Prices are very fair, and would recommend it to anyone. You can earn rewards with the mobile app, and service is always fast and friendly.
The fried pickles, cheddar bites, and salads are awesome! But it should not take 3 returns to get fresh, hot fries for an $8 side.
Kaley, the young lady who took my order, was extremely nice and helped me pick out my order. The staff is really nice but big props to Kaley with her professionalism and kindness!
The food is well above the norm for fast food, but Ms. Fay is absolutely the main reason to go. She's a very kind, funny, and just overall a joy to talk to when we go in.

They usually never mess my order up and I love it there but this time they were rushing so much that the girl didn’t get my instructions on how I want my salad on the ticket and charge me four dollars for this like 10 fried pickles like I’m sorry but you could have told me there was a wait on fresh and I would have been fine waiting to get what I ordered

The quality of food is very low. The teenagers working there have no sense of common courtesy with delivery and customer service always missing something from my order. Quality is not the same 👎
