Delicious food!!! Great staff!!! I was chatting in the lobby with some friends, and the kind gentleman (didn't see his name without mely glasses, so sorry) brought me my to go order to the table. Now that's great service.
The only thing that made me put a 4 ⭐, (and I wish there was a 4.7), was
1) the app never works (not this store's fault, btw), corporate issue
2) the prices have gone way up, and you can never find coupons
I'd have to give this 5 stars because it can't get any better as it relates to Zaxby's. The food was cooked properly. The Men's room was clean and the Server was motivated and pleasant.
Service 10/10, food 2/10. Would not recommend the nibblers. Waste of money and carbs. I can handle the burnt bread, but the fraction of the chicken put on it was a waste. I can NOT recommend.
Go through drive thru, the only one in line, completely messed up my order, had to go back through drive thru again paid more money to get what I wanted the first time, hate this place. Every time I go they mess something up
Drink machine sprayed HI-C orange syrup horizontally from the dispenser all over front of my work uniform while on lunch. Employees offered nothing in assistance other than visually inspecting the machine and the manager advised he could do nothing about it and returned to his office. A sad sentiment of customer service but an accurate reflection of the generation.
my family walked in, listened to two employees cuss in front of my kid about having to be there to work."i have been here since 9 am i just want to beeping go home"..sighed and groaned that we were standing in front of her..then dropped cups on the ground and picked them up and put them on counter to be used ...we just walked out...we drove 45 minutes to eat there...NEVER AGAIN. Food was very fresh! He's the chicken strip meal. Have also had the Cobb Salad with grilled chicken. Can't go wrong with either.
Well, I don't know how they do math or prioritize their menu. If you look at the prices online , they are different when you order. For instance. My wife ate there and was charged.
14.26 $ for a Cobb salad and a large drink. Seriously? I didn't know this was a five star restaurant. Lol. Especially when I looked the prices up and the drink comes to 2.09$ and the salad is listed as 7.29$= 9.38$ ...So she calls and asks for the prices on these items. They state 9.99$ for the salad and 2.99$ for the drink. 14.26$ for a salad and drink. WOW. Watch your receipts people. There is no salad in this entire world worth 10 bucks. You can drive down the road to Cattlemans and get all you can eat salad for that. Just ridiculous. That won't happen again for sure.
