Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings - Chicken restaurant in Chattanooga - 7328 Shallowford Rd, USA

I'd like to say what an amazing staff. I've been running all day for the company Delivered. There was a problem in the apps which has made everything late. They were apologetic and even asked if needed anything while I waited. I was such a a blessing meeting them today. I hadn't eaten all day due to the time constraints with app issues. Might I add I'm expecting and the food was so fresh and I just can't rave about them enough. 3 staff members buckling down and making things happen.

I'm a big fan of Zaxby's and have been to locations all over and around Tennessee, and this is my favorite location in Chattanooga so far. The food is almost always on point and you can tell the chicken is fresh out of the frier most of the time. While I've never had an issue with the food, I have had a lot of issues when it comes to the service at this location, with my biggest concern being the speed of service being subpar at best. I try to avoid coming to this location at lunchtime since the time in which food is served is so unpredictable. It's especially frustrating if there's some mix-up with your order, since there doesn't appear to be enough staff to prioritize an order and still get other tickets out without issue. I understand staff has been short everywhere too, which isn't necessarily this location's fault, but it definitely shows.

I went in to pick up a mobile order and added a salad. The salad was not full as I didn’t get all the items. When I got home I ate part of my mobile order. When I went to get the salad. It didn’t taste right. I immediately called the store and asked for the manager. I spoke with who I learned was the GM. Shared that it taste funny and requested to switch it out. When I returned, I was accused of eating half of it and then driving back to get a new one. Does it make sense at all. Why would I go out of my way to do that. I explained that the box was not full. When she asked it to be reordered it was and she then said that they all look that way. False. I am disappointed because I normally go to this restaurant but now don’t feel valued as a customer. I would not drive home, eat the other portion which I told her was fine then drive back to return a half eaten salad. Something was wrong with the salad an one bite was all it took. I requested a fresh salad and no dressing since I thought that is what it was. If you are looking for good customer service this isn’t it. The GM is setting the example of how to treat paying customers and she told me should wouldn’t exchange it in the future if the food was bad because of how it appeared. Minus me eating the toast only a bite had been eaten. If I go to any others in my area I will now take photos of my food before leaving. The salad was small but I figure it was because I removed items like tomatoes and cucumbers which help fill it out. So disappointed and offended.

I tried the new philly cheesesteak i got fried chicken it was sooo good and filling, fries were fresh, food was delicious 10/10

I actually went there for an interview and when the woman at the counter asked my name, and I told her, she literally screamed at me to repeat it. It. So I screamed it back at her, haha, same volume. Was not the one that interviewed me. They said they were putting me on the schedule because they desperately needed people and I had open availability but I never heard back from them. It's a great place if you love to eat dead animals.

Oh my goodness!!!!! If you haven't tried the Chicken Philly Sandwich at Zaxbys you are missing out. This sandwich was so so good the bread was so soft. Perfect in every way!! It had the right of amount of chicken and vegetables. This was my first time trying but definitely not my last. I had the fried chicken philly but Im sure the grilled is just as good. Try the new Chicken Philly best new fast food item hands down!!! Sorry I didn't think about the pic until after I ate it 🤭

I walked into the store and the male cashier is taking mine and my dads order soon as I look up there are 2 girls in the back starring at us talking there heads off my dad orders sauce with his meal and pays for it they never give it to us he goes up to get it and it’s a (MANAGER WITH NO NAME TAG) they give us another price no problem he gave them the money (we never talked to no female ) slams the money into my dads hand and being fully rude saying she did it cause he was rude to a female apparently? We never talked to any female the hole time we was there and then she denies that she did it and asks workers around her if they seen it witch they didn’t cause they were actually doing there jobs and not gossiping in a zaxbys plus our frys were cold couldn’t even eat them. (Didn’t even get to eat the food)Not to mention that she didn’t have a name tag and refusing to tell us her name (children working in a fast food place shouldn’t be allowed) at least if they can’t handle not talking about the customer worst fast food experience sad…. It's okay, i really like the chicken tenders. but when buying the chicken tenders ask for extra because they only put 3 frickin tenders that are 3 inches long, not crispy, and thin as can be in your container. And I would also ask for extra sauce of any kind they put in there as if you get a to go order they only put one ranch and one zaxbys sauce in the bag even if the order is for 6 people. And the fries don't have enough seasoning and are not crispy at all. I have a problem with Zaxbys because they don't have hamburgers 😂 but i understand it's a solo chicken restaurant.
