Food was cold fries was in warmer for a while must cooked to much on there rush n gave me the ends very disappointing

This location: Rude. I asked the guy at the drive thru for ketchup and he said no, then gave me 3 packets. Then said if I want more it’s .35 cents and closed the drive thru window. They need to get better employees.

I've previously had bad experiences here with them consistently leaving things out of orders. I would like to commend their employees and whatever changes they have made because the difference has been night and day lately. Not just the accuracy of my orders either, the attitude of employees has made it much easier to receive my order in the first place. Kudos to you guys, seriously. Pat your employees on the back, too.

I'll start by saying we have had better from here, but this particular visit had to be noted. I order a $12 meal and ask for Buffalo on my fingers and Sweet and spicy on the boneless wings. I get Buffalo boneless wings and nothing on my fingers. I'm sure we will eat here again and ill update my review once I do if it's any better.

This place stinks go to Springfield Zaxbys. I ordered and paid for 4 sauces with my order, when I got it, there was only 2, when I asked for the other sauces the lady behind the counter snarled “I put it all in the bag” she in fact did not. After that, another employee started to gather the sauces I need. I also asked for extra seasoning on the fries and I was told they were out of seasoning, which is just impossible because the fries I received were seasoned so clearly they had seasoning and were refusing to give me extra, even though my receipt said I ordered extra. Once I made it home I looked and the sauces they gave me the second time were also incorrect, 2 of the 4 were not the ones I ordered. I was also missing my kids meal drink and received 1 chicken tender in my 2 piece kids combo

Simply asked how many I can get with chicken fingers drive through lady was straight rude we a chicken plate. Once again a rude comment. I guess it was because I was white. I'll be contacting corporate over this rude employee.

I ordered through the app. I got a completely different salad than I ordered. Looks like I got a Caesar salad with ranch dressing. I ordered the house salad with no tomatoes and honey mustard dressing. I drive about 15 min to get this during my lunch break and didn’t have time to go back to have it corrected. I should have checked before leaving but it should be right in the first place.

This is a great fast food restaurant to eat and dine in. In my opinion you should get their sauce
