PUT THE SAUCE THAT COMES WITH MY FOOD IN THE BAG/BOX AND STOP ACTING LIKE ITS COMING OUT OF YOUR PAYCHECK WHEN I HAVE TO ASK FOR THE SAUCE THAT LITERALLY COMES WITH THE ORDER.. So sick of every time I place an order here it’s basically a coin toss if they added the sauce I asked for or not and then act rude when I have to point out their mistake that they left out the sauce… ridiculous

The line being long is fine I’ll sit for however long I know the struggle of fast food and drive thrus. But we then sat at the window for probably 20+ minutes waiting on the food and after waiting all that time I would at least expect to get some hot food. My boyfriends meal is hot mine is ice cold, so y’all let some food sit there for 20 minutes while you’re dropping four tenders and some fries in the back. Now trying to call back to get some type of compensation for the trouble we went through and getting no answer.

Was in the take out line for 25 minutes a car didn't move for 10, this was at lime 12:25 on a Sunday Then when I got to the window I was told they were to backed up for new orders

I stopped here for lunch. I had the Zaxby's Zensation salad. It came with an egg roll and two packets of citrus vinegrette. It was good except for a few pieces of brown lettuce that I plucked out of it. I went to sit down with my food and noticed that the tables and floor were dirty even though they had only opened an hour ago.

Was there with The Sounds of Joy, everything went well, and the customer service was awesome!! Chicken parm fries weren't bad either!!!

Good but a little salty for me. I think it’s in combination with the Zaxby sauce. Chicken alone is fine. Nice meal and fast service.

I could eat here everyday I usually get the Kickin Chicken but they came out with this new chicken bacon ranch box and it is so good I add hot sauce to it it's cut up chicken tenders fries cheese ranch and bacon all cut up and put in a bowl together it is so good

The service is always very fast and the food is cooked perfectly. The dining room is always clean.
