Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings - Chicken restaurant in Peachtree City - 201 Worth Ct, USA

I had really good traditional wings here today for lunch. I got “nuclear” as my wing sauce but I wouldn’t say that it is any hotter than medium-hot flavors at other places. It’s a great flavor for the wings though. They were served with ranch. They had no problem with my request of all flats. I do not think there was an extra charge for that. Dining room area was mostly empty and clean. Drink machine was one of those Coke dispensers with tons of options. Overall a very good experience.

They asked me if I wanted extra ranch rushed me away without a receipt.. had to ask for it, then they didn’t give me the extra ranch had to come back around and they didn’t give me a straw -_- asked for the wings to be extra wet and this is what I got… not saucey and the wings are smaller then before.

Food was good and the service was fast. The cashier was really sweet. After he took my order, he took the order of an older lady who was soft spoken. He leaned and listen, and made sure she had everything she needed. He was a pure gentlemen.

Food has been good however today after waiting 15+ min in drive thru {why??} I was asked to pay close to 3 dollars more than the price listed on the menu board. Even accounting for tax. I was told that I was wrong so I went back around to check. Well, I don't think I was wrong and when I asked about the difference no explanation was offered. Not worth an argument over something so black and white and silly... Lol As always... check your receipts carefully against what you expect to pay.

The service was good. I got the 5 piece mild wing with traditional sauce. The wings were not cooked enough, and the sauce bland as if they were just dipped in. I loved the Colby salad with fried chicken on top.

I had just bought the chicken finger plate and had made it home to eat and they were stale and way too crunchy, like they have been out, all day or way over cooked (it wasn’t at all moist and juicy)… I normally enjoy this restaurant, although I never really get anything from here, but after this experience? I am not sure I want to come back. If ya’ll are not going to care enough about the food and make it nice and fresh, I will NOT be coming back!!!!! Even Chick-fil-A is better than this garbage. Chick-fil-A is constantly making their food fresh and customer’s happy! I have NEVER had this kind of experience at Chick-fil-A >:|. Other than that, the fries and sweet tea were awesome!

My food is always accurate and delicious. I only go to the Zaxbys by Publix grocery store
