Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings - Chicken restaurant in Archdale - 10401 S Main St, USA

Placed my order in the drive thru after i tasted how cold the fries were i asked for fresh ones. They dropped fries from the same cold batch they had back in the grease and then added more salt. Fries are over cooked and too salty. I felt that they brought me the fries a bit to fast. When i got home I saw exactly what they did. The price of food is too high to be giving old food. And why does management believe this is ok? I’m saying manager because the young girl at the window told me she had to ask her manger. But the chicken Philly was good. The picture shows the cold fries in the front and the over cooked over salted fries in the back.

this place is amazing per usual, this is one of the cleanest zaxbys i have been too. although the service wasn’t as fast, but that is understandable with a lot of places being short staffed. my food was amazing, everything i asked for an more. the cashier who took my order was very friendly an definitely had a great attitude, will be visiting again.

I had ordered a meal size order of mozzarella bites and when I got home with my order there was only a snack size order and was charged for meal size. The guy at the front kept disappearing and wouldn't take people's orders, they are very slack at this location, next time I will go somewhere else

Tried to use mobile app so I could use coupon, wouldn’t work. So went to the store ordered 3 wings and things, the fry’s were cold soggy and old, the diet Dr Pepper was just carbonated water, the chicken fingers were tiny and cold, the wings weren’t cooked, and the Texas toast was not toasted! Almost $40 and not one thing was good. High prices low quality.

Great! Very friendly staff, clean tables and bathroom. Place looks incredible on the inside. Like others have said the owner or manager was walking around making sure everything that we ordered was correct and tasted good.

Paying over $13 for food you cannot eat should be illegal. Serving raw chicken to people is disgusting!!!

We stopped in for supper, and the food was super. The staff did their jobs well, but we had to return several times for missing items. Loved the rustic wood decor.

This place is terrible. Every time we come they make us wait at least 20-30 minutes, even when we are the only people there. You can look back into the kitchen and see no one back there making food. I go to the bathroom and workers are sitting on top of the sink on their phone. They see me standing there waiting for our food and continue to goof off, make paper air planes, and gossip their personal lives where everyone can hear it. Not to mention the crew being rude. When our food had finished, the cashier said "I'm not gonna tell them it's ready they can come get" sorry but that's very rude. And ontop of all that, they had us wait that long, only to give us old, cold food. The chicken breast was so dried out it felt like chewing rubber. And they didnt even complete our order and give us everything we ordered. If I could, I would give this place 0 star.
