Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings - Chicken restaurant in Hot Springs - 4400 Central Ave, USA

I mean, for a chicken chain this place has a pretty decent salad with good flavor and great portion. I was on a detox so I had to be the guy who modified something awesome, so I tried it without cheese, tortillas, and no ranch- got the chicken “healthier” by having it grilled and I got the lowest of fat vinaigrettes they sold and the salad was still really delicious! So that was a nice surprise! My friend got the Southwest Zalad the way it comes and it looked amazing and delicious too. Good thing to note here is the chicken is pretty tasty and they are awesome about modifying things for you and it’s made fresh to order. The ambiance is pretty neat inside so it’s worth a nice little lunch or get together while out on crazy Central Ave.

I got the chicken club. I always enjoy Zaxby's crispy chicken sandwiches or strips. Their salads are great too. Update: I got there chicken Philly sandwich. It was really great.

The food is really good and fresh! The staff are very friendly and helpful! The restaurant is so clean and orderly! I highly recommend the kickin' chicken sandwich meal, but with nuclear sauce instead!!

My wife and I stopped in for the first time on a Sunday while we were visiting Hot Springs. I can honestly say the chicken was the worst I’ve ever had. We ordered a total of 6 tenders and 4 were left over. If this is the only restaurant open for a 100 mile radius, go fill up the car with gas. Do not eat here.

12/12/2023 I am ABSOLUTELY APPALLED by the behavior of a worker in the Hot Springs location tonight!! I am a doordasher/long term customer at this facility! I watched and heard a young man with lots of tattoos yell, throw things, cussing at other employees and the manager on duty did nothing to stop him! The young man up at the front counter with curly dark hair was being patient and trying to help me while this employee with tattoos was yelling at him from the kitchen. The employee up front held his composure while this other employee was belittling him in front of everyone, and nothing was done. The young man up front could only be about 16. This is definitely no way to run a business and i would hope the store manager/supervisor would go back and watch camera footage and hold this employee and manager accountable. I would never want my child working in such a toxic environment!

Their food is pretty good. We love the tongue torch sauce. The cashier was friendly & we didn't have to wait long for our sandwiches.

The Google Maps Menu is not accurate, which is a bit annoying. We were meeting someone here so I looked at it to get an idea what I wanted. Then I arrive and they say they do not have the Buffalo Dip and Tator Chips Zapitizor that is listed. There are photos of celery in the photos posted by the owner and they said they don't have celery. Just update your information, please.

I have out off trying Zaxbys for a while now and went ahead and gave them a try last week in hopes that I could replace my kids obsession with Raising Canes. I was disappointed as were they. The chicken was ok nothing too exciting. Sauces were not good. Fries were level of frozen off brand baked fries. The staff member assisting me was very professional and did well at assisting with ordering. The place was practically empty outside of employees and us so it was clean and well maintained. I won't be returning to spend money though.
