The food here is great. But... prepare to be ripped off if you choose to go big. Literally 8 out of the last 10 times I have ordered my order Go Big size from here they don't give the extra fries they are supposed to. The drink they do of course because you would automatically notice but when I get home, no extra fries. Also, here lately I don't know if it's because they don't have the friers turned up enough or what but the fries are not crisp anymore.

Best Zaxby's I've had. Chicken was steaming hot and all the food was fresh. Nice customer service and it's only took about 7 minutes for a 20 piece family meal.

I don't know if they redeemed themselves or was the service and food at the one near flower so awful it made them attractive. I slipped up and went to the one on main and everything was garbage fries under cooked toast hard like cardboard and they left out my coleslaw..06/29/22@ around 7ish. 02/27 They stopped putting the coleslaw in a separate container so now cole slaw is everywhere and on everything in the plate, this is on Oates this is the second time they served me a plate of slop, bread wet chicken wet fries wet it's a nightmare.I love Zaxby but this was my last plate from them and the chicken was cold and the fries.

They have some of the best salads you can get. I always get the grilled house salad. It is a meal in itself. They don't skimp on the dressing and it comes with a piece of toast. The employees are always super nice and the place is always really clean. It is a nice option on the south side of town

I asked 3 times for blue cheese to go with my fingers and still got ranch. They are mindless here.

Kind of an odd zaxby's, service was a bit slow and everything was tiny. The fries were small, the chicken breast was small, and you actually had to push the ice button twice. Good flavor just small.

My two friends and I went Thursday June 29th in the afternoon and placed our order with the Young lady outside. We had two separate orders and on one we did half cash half card. The young lady outside said I would pay half card with her and then give the cash to the workers at the window. When we got to the window the girls working were already upset with the female worker outside saying she shouldn’t have done half card half cash, saying,” this is why we don’t do that.” The lady at the window took her frustration out on us. We payed for the first order which was just card and then she asked rudely if we had a second order and I said yes that’s the one we did half cash half card on. She said okay it’s $27.74 and I informed her I already payed half of it with the lady outside taking orders. She then said,” okay, we’ll now it’s $27.74.” She was trying to over charge me and wasn’t being nice about it. After talking to her coworkers she then came back to the window and said nevermind it’s payed for and asked me to pull forward for my food. We pulled forward and I counted 10 cars get their food before us while we were pulled. We waited 25 minutes . It would have been longer if my friends didn’t decided to go in and get it. When my friends went in they saw our food sitting, ready to be taken to us and no one bagging it. Our food was cold by the time we got home and soggy.
