Service was quick and accurate. Customer service was OK. Not overly nice but not exactly rude either. One of our chicken sandwiches was raw on part of it. Not safe at all. Very disappointed!

I called to complain about my loaded fries when you clearly can just look at the pics. It's dried cheese and chicken. Of course, im not going to eat this. The crazy thing is that the manager thought I was going to drive back to the restaurant tonight when my appetite is ruined. I told him I would come back tomorrow night because im not coming out of the house. He also tried to act as if I had a reason to lie when clearly I gave him all the information on my receipt, stating there was no ticket number such as the one I provided until I stated the employee's name. Then alsi told me to keep this dry, hard half box fries and bring it in tomorrow. At this point, im not even going to waste my gas. You can keep the money. Because Im not carrying these fries to work with me so they can see what they served me on here.

The food is always really fresh and hot. My mom ordered the fish sandwich last time and it was amazing. Personally I like the fried pickles. This is one of the few places I can take my kids and I know they will not only eat their food but it will be REAL chicken. My main gripe is the old bay sauce they package. Flavor wise it has a lot of promise, however it is ENTIRELY too salty, even my salt fiend wife thinks so. Maybe save some of that left over Raising Canes sauce for your next Zaxby trip?

The best peach tea I have ever had!!! I don't live in flordia so super sad. But would be here all the time. The best fast food chicken I have ever had!! Wish there was one more in the Eastern northern part of the states

Kiara was absolutely great, for a first time visit made us feel welcomed and never rushed. Gave us refills and made sure we were all satisfied, she did great.

I have eaten a multiple zaxby and this is by far the best one. The food has always been hot and freshly made. I have probably eaten at this restaurant over 20 times. Sometimes I drive a little farther to go to this zaxby's. If you are in the mood for chicken strips, or wings I strongly recommend eating here. They also have great cheddar bites.

Chicken not any better than other places, Fries were heavy on the salted spice. Service a joke, I had to explain to the girl if you pay for five finger you should get 5 fingers.. This was way over her head... With all the staff not doing anything,, maybe bring it to the table, rather than shout a name.

Usually come here for lunch, and don't receive the best drive thru intercom service but today was far beyond than normal and Alex made sure my food order was prepared the way I wanted amd he responded with professional kindness, thanks again Alex
