The best Zaxby’s I have been to in my life! I love the Christmas decorations! The food is always great! They need to fix the Zaxby’s sign that is facing the highway because the lights are blown out. It stands out like a sore thumb against all of the beautiful Christmas lights. I usually don’t get bad food from here, but last night I got a kicken chicken sandwich that was not good. When you guys make a kicken chicken sandwich it needs to be made with crispy chicken tenders. Also, it need an equal amount of ranch and tongue torching sauce. Otherwise it sucks.

This is the type of food they are selling people here, this looks like throw up on a plate and my other meal had wing sauce soaked in the toast.The manager on duty excuse was”I didn’t make it” they kept getting my order wrong. I ordered also a traditional wings n things plate and glad I check my food before I leave the window they had given me boneless. There was a girl in there with long braids that kept running her mouth because folks was tired of them messing up their food.They are not doing their job here and the wrong people are running this place.Customer service is terrible on night shift.I had to give at least 1 star to make this post. Just know you get 0 stars from me.

This place is nice! The people are kind here, and provide you great service. They attend you promptly and make sure you are taken care of. The food itself was good, hot and delicious. I like the atmosphere as well, very calm and nothing wild.

Our order was processed fast. It's also fresh and hot. I liked it. However, my slice of toast bread didn't taste good at all. Chicken and fries tastes good 💯😊

We’re all tired of getting asked to tip at places we shouldn’t. Well this place makes you wish you could tip. The staff was very friendly and clearly putting in effort to do a good job. First time I’ve had a Zaxby’s bring the food to the table. Then the staff check on us 3 times while we were eating. Most fancy restaurants don’t even do service this good. When I got up to ask for a fork, there was a race to get one. Two different people handed me one in 3 seconds. One girl even put down the big boxes she was carrying just to grab the fork. Antowquie and her crew were great!

It was nice for my first time at this restaurant. The food was great and I liked the seamless pick-up option. My food was ready and had all the fixings (dressings, utensils, sauces) in the bag already waiting in the holding area . I didn't really interact with the staff this time as I didn't really need to and they were tending to other patrons. It wasn't as busy inside as it was in the drive thru . It was also not as expensive as I figured for a 6 PC chicken tender meal, Zaxby House Zalad and 2 nibblers . The only thing I didn't like is my nibblers bread was HARD AS HELL lol. I will not be getting those again. It was basically like a chicken tender on a small toasted bun but it wasn't giving what I expected 😆. However, I enjoyed the sauce it came with . I will definitely try Zaxbys again.

This was my first time eating Zaxby’s and the food was ok. We had a to-go order for the Cob salad with grilled chicken. Specifically, we asked for no bacon and bacon was added to our order. We ordered fries and there was no ketchup. We ordered a drink and there was no straw. We also felt like one of the salads was a bit skimpy on the chicken, unless that’s how things usually are. The woman that handled our order was kind and the service was fast which is why we gave 3 stars.

I love how they decorate this Zaxbys for the holidays it looks absolutely beautiful it puts me in the holiday mood everytime I see it. The drive thru moves fast and the food is decent. No issues.
