Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings - Chicken restaurant in Maryville - 2335 Market Pl Dr, USA

Very disappointed at zaxbys on 411, this is the nibbler meal I received. The size of the chicken strips for the price charged is unacceptable

The new phillys are awesome. I prefer the grilled as I think it has more flavor. Fried pickles are also a must. A little pricey for what you get but still only fast food place you can get.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been upset after getting my food from this location. I hate to be that guy, but it’s unacceptable. When the employees have plenty of time to complete an order I should receive my order made correctly. I ordered 5 chicken tenders, got 4 of the 5. I ordered 2 sides of fries, one was supposed to have regular seasoning and the other was supposed to have extra… they didn’t have any at all. I ordered a Diet Dr. Pepper and received something that tastes like a mixture of sprite and coke. It is aggravating spending as much as I did on this food just to receive this. Mind you I would be understanding if the store had been super busy, but when there is one other car in the drive thru and the employees are giggling and talking to eachother ? Unacceptable.

Let me start by saying I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but when one truly deserves it, I find it necessary so a change can hopefully be made. My family and I love Zaxby’s! But this location (411 location) needs major help!! After numerous bad experiences at this location several months back, we decided to give it one more go and we were sorely disappointed! We normally order the family pack strips meal and this time we added loaded fries. After waiting in drive thru for 45 minutes we were once again served unfresh, room temperature food (but hey, at least they got my order correct this time…). Since I was still in parking lot I tried going inside (door locked) so went back through drive thru (thank God only one car ahead of me this time) to let them know that they could have their order back and I just wanted a refund at this point. It’s now 9PM and I’ve got two kids and a husband getting hangry at the house waiting on their food. (Let me just say that the Domino’s emergency pizza came in very handy at this time LOL). I was thinking that asking this shouldn’t be a big deal since they knew how long I waited in line but one of the two girls at the window literally snapped back at me saying she saw the food come out fresh and straight to me at the window. Knowing this was false, I said that they could take their food back and see for themselves the temp is not even warm (most likely now cold) so she asked me to wait until she hears from her manager on this. This took about another 10 minutes of waiting!!!! Unacceptable!!! Another employee (unfriendly, mind you) finally came to me and said that her manager said to take the food back and give a refund to all except the loaded fries portion. Even though that didn’t make any sense, I said “Ok then please give me a fresh order of loaded fries!” Well that didn’t set well with her so she said she would just give me a refund on all of it. Seriously!?! Why didn’t you do that to begin with!?! In a nutshell, avoid this location!!! Rude employees (except the one sweet girl at window that kept apologizing to me), EXTREMELY long wait times for orders, and unfresh, room temp food!!! I can honestly say we’ll never be back!!!

I had an amazing visit. I was alone with my young siblings and the costumer made some rude comments to me as I was ordering. The worker saw and gave us an extra drink for free since we only got three for the four of us. As he was cleaning he came up to us and apologized for the rude costumer and he said he told the costumer what he did and it was not right. Then he gave us some extra sauces. I would have left a tip but I didn’t have any cash.

I have only gone through the drive thru when ordering, but this particular location is notorious for leaving the zaxby sauce out of the bag. My recommendation would be to check before leaving the window. I will add that they are very supportive and have always been cooperative when calling to report any complaints.

Zaxby's offers some tasty fast-food options, but my experiences have been a bit inconsistent. While the food is generally good, I find the pricing a bit on the higher side for what you get. Moreover, the attitude of the workers can vary greatly, making the customer service experience hit or miss. Some employees are friendly and accommodating, while others seem disinterested or unfriendly. Another concern is that my order has been incorrect on a few occasions, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Attention to detail in getting orders right should be a priority for any restaurant. Overall, Zaxby's provides a decent dining option, but improvements in pricing, consistency of service, and order accuracy would elevate the experience for customers like me.

Went to Zaxbys to try the asian chicken sandwich. I finally got one on my third try at this location. Two times I sat there in a long drive thru line only to find out they ran out of sandwich chicken. The drive thru line is long but I don't hold it against them trying to keep thier employees safe in a covid world. I commend responsible behavior. The sandwich was pretty good but nothing I cant live without. The egg roll was great but no sweet & sour sauce. All egg rolls should have sweet & sour sauce. As always the fries were fantastic. This is one thing Zaxbys really does well. I would recommend this place but bring some patients with you for the drive thru line. They do manage to keep the line moving. All in all a good experience. You guys have feed my department for free at the hospital and we really appreciate your kindness and generosity in that regard. Thank you!
