I gave a 4 rating because I ordered grilled chicken finger plate to go and when I got home I had fried chicken finger plate.

I ordered food for a family of 5. All the food was correct and hot. The spicy chicken sandwich was good and surprised its not mentioned along with the other competition. I didn't notice they had a peach sweet tea until after my order was placed and fulfilled and the cashier had no problem substituting a drink out for it. I will say this..the peach tea may be the best beverage I've had in my life. I'm glad there's no Zaxbys in my area because I'll be hooked on it. That's all I wanted to drink after visiting.

Steadily going down hill. I ordered double fries with my meal and barely got a single order of fries. Also ordered just a large fry and there were hardly any in there. I could see the bottom of the box they were in. If I pay for a large fry, I expect to get a large fry...they aren't cheap!! This has happened twice... I don't know why I keep going back.

Used the drive through orderd two four piece chicken finger plate grilled with half and half tea. We received fried chicken finger plate the Cole slaw was warm and dry.

Customer service was excellent. We stopped as we traveled to a vacation home. Customer service was excellent, and staff were very professional. I noticed the manager picking up trash and making sure the location was clean and presentable. He stopped at our table to greet us and too see if we were having a great experience. He played with a granddaughter and provided her with a free meal. It was a great experience.

Not a big fan of their fried chicken, but then I had the grilled chicken sand and it was yummy! Salads great too!

Very good food and lots of it. Quick service with polite workers. The store was neat and clean. UPDATE! Went for lunch yesterday with friends. A1 service and great food as always.

We made an online order and then waited in the restaurant. It said our order would be done in 10 minutes. We sat for 20 minutes waiting I asked about my order they said they were working on it but they never asked for a name then after 30 minutes talking to the employees again they said, " Oh, somebody must have taken your food," but no one ever called our name. Look at the picture I have attached. See the way they have the food just set on the rack with no means of control that anybody can come up to take it. So if you order food, expect, sometimes not to get it or to wait triple the time that you were supposed to be picking it up. Then, to top it off after getting our food, it ended up with the order being messed up after they made it again. The chicken fingers were plain when our order clearly stated a sauce to be tossed in, and then my 8-piece turned into a 6-piece. It was busy when I placed the order, but not as I was waiting for it. Though it doesn't make up for the headache of some Joe smole stealing our order while they were grabbing their order or even worse, somebody knowing that they can come in at any time and grab an order for a free meal. So if you want a free meal, this is the place to grab a surprise meal that is out of sight from the employees to see
