Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings - Chicken restaurant in Richmond - 5816 W Broad St, USA

This is the worse Zaxbys I have ever been too. The cashiers are rude, they a hateful look on their face as if they are going bite your head off. They make mistakes in the order and don't even apologize. It was a terrible experience. Will never go back there.

We’ve stopped here a few times during our travels. Food is normally alright. The service is pretty terrible here. I am not sure if they tell all their employees to act like they don’t want to be there but out of the four times we’ve been there I can’t think of one time they didn’t act like we were bothering them. They also have super random hours, whatever is listed on google is probably what they’re suppose to be open but don’t trust it. It rained one day we tried to stop here and due to the rain they were opening late by an hour and a half.

Food tastes bland. Not much flavor going on. Not much crunch going on with the chicken. The bacon is pathetic. Fries seasoned like they're on a budget. I got their spicy chicken club sandwich meal.

Well, if the dining room had not been closed during lunch time, and had we not had to wait to order once let in, it could have been a great visit. This was not a problem with the staff, but management. There was not enough staff to handle normal operations, much less to handle any customers at all.

I used to frequent Sonic for these exact same boneless wings years ago. They’ve moved across the street but they’re still as good as they’ve always been. The chicken was made freshly and was sauced completely without prompt. I even got plenty of napkins. The food is good when they’re open. They don’t have consistent operation hours.

I hate this location , this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I didn’t receive ANY sauce for my wings . The other day the food wasn’t fresh smh you can tell it sat under the warmer . … how do you forget sauce for BOTH boxes . Ughhhhhh not to mention I haven’t even ate any fries yet look at the little bit in BOTH boxes

Food was delicious and prepared quickly. We don't have Zaxbys in MD so whenever we go down south we are sure to stop by. It was early afternoon and the restaurant area was spotless. The staff was very nice. Can't wait to by again next time we visit Richmond.

I am a huge fan of zaxbys but wow this was bad ordered 2 wings &things did not get any tenders. No sweet tea or many soda options since they didn’t refill them. Cashier shorted us $7 on change.
