Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings - Chicken restaurant in Hope Mills - 3015 N Main St, USA

When I 1st started going here the food was good. Well, the last few times have been challenging. Service has gone down. Food always cold, 🍟 portion skimpy, and food presentation sloppy. I kept going back, giving them another chance hoping thing would get better. NOT! This last visit was it for me. It's a wrap. Food cold and have no idea what was up with my bread. Looks like someone e took their finger and poked a hole in it and to think they couldn't take time out to correct this before presenting me with my food. Oh, and let's not get started on the sorry-looking and horrible-tasting funnel cake. It was nothing but a glob of dough full of heavy grease. Not appealing like the picture they advertise. I always go online and place a complaint but it's never acknowledged. So, this is it. This was the last straw that broke the camel's 🐫 back.

We came in after a Marksmen game, to get our free sandwiches with a purchase of a drink. The young man taking my order seemed really upset we were there for a free sandwich…he then complained openly about it to his coworker who assured him throughout the weekend it was a normal occurrence. She was really nice and I felt bad for her having to deal with such an unruly coworker. He then asked my name to which he rudely asked me if he could “shorten it” because for some reason, Annabel is just not a name that he’s fond of. I ask him politely to put the name I told him…to which he rudely scoffed at me for. I’m not sure why my name was such an issue. I then order my food and I asked for no pickles on my sandwich. We get our food and my sandwich has pickles on it. This same employee got annoyed when i asked for a new sandwich. I made eye contact with the cook and he seemed upset too…even though my ticket clearly stated no pickles. I stated I understood they were tired and that I worked in fast food as well, to which the employee who originally took my order asked where. When I stated where, he scoffed again as if I were lying. We finally sat down to eat and not even 2 minutes later a giant cockroach crawls up to sit next to us for our meal. We high tailed it out of there pretty quick after that. I’ve never had such a bad experience at this Zaxby’s, but I hope the young man who took my order and made such a big deal about not only my name but my incorrectly made food learns a thing or two about courtesy and customer service. Shame on you, sir. The food was fine, but the whole situation really left a bad taste in my mouth and I will probably not come back to this location…and I would absolutely ask for a different employee entirely to take my order instead of him.

I got the smallest wings I've ever seen. The wings looked like they had been sitting and i asked for extra saucy...didnt get it. The cashier at the window, didn't want to be a work today...

Staff forgot part of the order, then acted rude and inconvenienced when we asked for the rest of our order. Ordered the fried white cheddar bites and they were burnt to a crisp. This location is also consistently the slowest Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. If your in the mood for Zaxby’s, save yourself the disappointment and go to a different location.

I just left here. I ordered the traditional wings and things with nuclear sauce among other things. By far the best in all wing restaurants. The wait was around 12 minutes from start to finish with 9 cars and it was worth it. Every thing was hot and fresh which is what the speaker person told me. They said they cook it fresh to order which I really didn’t believe but it was and I will be back. The service was great and I commend the people who are doing the damn thing!!!! By far the best. The cashier was very helpful as I was unsure about several of the menu items. I was able to speak to the manager mrs tia and she was very informative and patient. She apologized for my wait and explained that the GM of this location required them to cook orders as ordered after a certain time for hot and fresh food. Well they didn’t disappoint!!! To the GM keep up the great work and keep cooking the food fresh. Most places are busy closing down but here it seems they care more about us the customers. Terrific service. My family and I will return!!!!!!

Went to this location Friday. Staff seem to dislike their jobs and the service matched their actions. Ordered a chicken salad and some of the items in it was not fresh at all. The amount of chicken was a joke. I could not believe my eyes when I got home and looked in my bag. I will never visit this location again.

Ordered two salads which were tasty and filling. I also ordered 10 piece wing they were dry and fried to hard to chew. I ended up trashing them. What a waist for my palate and pocket.I didn't return them because I live 20 minutes away.
