Food was good, staff was professional, and I was in and out in no time.

This location is always clean. The service is great. We are always greeted very kindly and feel welcomed. The food is always cooked perfectly and tastes great. The adults and kids are happy with the meal choices. This location is my favorite Zaxby's and a definite stopping point between Raleigh and Charlotte. It's super easy to get to off the highway.

This is a 10/10 place! Not only did these amazing workers help me out when my door dash order never arrived but they did it with kindness and understanding. Absolutely nothing but respect for these workers 10/10 for them and 0/10 for DoorDash! Highly recommend eating there and you will love their hard work and commitment to customers. Once again amazing job Zaxby’s team! Also food is amazing I recommend the kickin chicken sandwich!

It's the 2nd time I've been to a Zaxby's... I was expecting the same as my first experience but was disappointed. Ordered the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. There was hardly any chicken or bacon .. and no blue cheese. Mostly lettuce. Tables were clean.. so that's a plus.

First time at a Zaxby's and I was pretty surprised. It had the feel of an upscale fast food joint, similar to that of a Smashburger or Chipotle. The restaurant was pretty nice. It was clean inside with plenty of seating available. It had high tops, tables and bar areas to sit at. There was also plenty of seating outside, too. Upscale or not, it still had the feel and vibe of a fast food restaurant. The service was good. Typical quick and efficient, though the staff wasn't all that friendly. In fact, the person taking the order was pretty annoyed that I was ordering and wasting his time apparently --perhaps he had something better to do? Though not the healthy choice, the food was good. Their chicken was tasty --I had their club sandwich, and fries pretty generic, though good. Not sure I'd rave about the food, or not sure I'd go out of my way because 'I have to have ZAXBY'S!!!', but it was good. The restaurant is buried in a plaza off the freeway. You can't see the restaurant from the main road, and take a few twists and turns to get to from the freeway, so it wasn't easy on/off, but still not too much of a pain.

Ordered online a grilled chicken sandwich. It was so tough and couldn't bite into it. It was like rubber. One bite. Threw it away and had no lunch. Called manager and came back after work. Manager never said I'm sorry. She was not embarrassed. She was accusatory like I would want a free sandwich. She said next time to bring it back. I told her that there better not be a next time that I get a rubber sandwich again. I never have had an experience like this with chicken or Zaxby's.

The food was good and hot! My combo was 8.50 and I really enjoyed it. Get the kicking chicken combo, you'll love it.
