Zara Cafe Grill - Halal restaurant in Staten Island - 1995 Hylan Blvd, USA

All of the food was absolutely delicious. The hummus was rich and creamy. The falafel was crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and paired with a creamy sauce. The main dish included beef, lamb and chicken with rice and sliced onion. The presentation was very beautiful as it involved a flaming centerpiece. We were a big group so we sat in what seems like a covered semi outdoor area. They have a good heater though which made it quite cozy. I really enjoyed this place and I highly recommend it.

So glad we finally got to eat here! Everything was awesome! Food, service, atmosphere! From the warm and yummy homemade Turkish bread to the delicious appetizers to the mouthwatering main course to the super friendly and attentive staff, there's nothing I would change. Totally enjoyable night out. Two thumbs up. Absolutely recommend!

The food here at Zara is always fresh & delicious always made to order with some great service. The staff is always so helpful and ready to help with whatever you may need! Been here multiple times and the food is always done right. Definitely recommend.

Honestly, food not tasting bad, but just a bit dried. Overall, not bad at all.

I work right across the street from Zara and my co workers and I order often from them. The food is great and so is the delivery service, but lately the staff who picks up the phone to place orders have a nasty attitude which makes me not even want to order from them anymore. Today 1/16 we placed an order for delivery and the girl was rushing me off the phone, and making smart comments once I asked a question to confirm my address and the payment. Overall, I do like Zara and their food but I don’t think I’ll be ordering as often since every girl who picks up the phone is rude. Poor customer service.

This is literally the best Mediterranean food I've ever had (and I've had my fair share 😏)! Posted some pics below, but these were my favorites; The mixed appetizer was delish- the Babaganush tasted like smoky, grilled perfection and the Acili Ezme was fresh and super flavorful. The WINGS WERE SURPRISINGLY AMAZING. Perfect amount of sauce and fall-off-the-bone tender! The Falafels were well-made. The 2nd best I've ever tasted! The Zara mixed grill allows you to sample alllll the meats (well almost lol). Everything was lightly seasoned yet tasty!--->my favorite was the beef shish kebab. And the cheesecake was yummmm!!!! Highly recommend this restaurant if you are craving classic, delicious Turkish food! Honorable mention: Customer service was great as well!!!!
