We really enjoyed the food here. The portions were so big, the flavors were really good and the food was hot! I also love that they served real guacamole and sour cream with my meal vs having to ask for it. I ordered a chimichanga, my husband ordered a burrito and my Mil ordered a quesadilla. We were just passing through or we would for sure be back for yummy Mexican eats!

Second time ordering to go and they don’t give you any chips and salsa with to go meals. They should as they say on the menu that they come with chips and salsa. What Mexican restaurant doesn’t give you chips and salsa with your meal? I asked to order extra chips and salsa but only got the extra that I paid for. The amount of chips in one small paper bag can not be what comes with meals and also the extra that I bought. I phoned the restaurant and the employee said well that’s because you ordered extra. What you get that comes with a meal is very little so we put the chips all in one bag. Which makes zero sense. What do you get with an order? 5 chips? And I just don’t get my salsa that comes with the meals? Because what I got was exactly what I paid extra for. Nothing more. I need this to make sense. If I order it and pay for it I should get it. There should be at least 2 bags of chips. One for the 4 meals I purchased and one that I purchased separately. There should be 4 salsas to go with the entree’s and the 24 oz one I purchased. Not just the one I purchased. The extra salsa and chips were for a party tomorrow. It would have been nice to have some with our entrees this evening. Also would help to have employees who can understand what a customer is asking and not tell them essentially if you order and pay for extra then the extra is all you will get.

Definitely will go back! Great Food, Reasonable prices & Wonderful service! Got there at 3:00 and had the whole restaurant to ourselves... Love the Artwork & Decorations.

Zapatas has tasty food! The portion size for the fajitas was amazing. I got two meals out of it. It is so flavorful and delicious. So far I've had the steak tacos and steak fajitas. Both have been spectacular. My girlfriend gets enchiladas or the chimichanga and we both love it here. Definitely recommend.

Busy real estate agent coming from a beautiful lake front property and had to stop for Taco Tuesday! Look out the food comes out FAST and the food don't forget the plates were HOT HOT HOT! I had the Zapata's taco and it was great. Definitely stop by

The food was really good, but the service was neglectful. Especially seeing as there were only three other tables occupied in the entire restaurant. I shouldn't have to flag someone down every time I need something. I had to walk across the restaurant to get the check after I flagged someone down for a to-go box. As a past server myself, that would have prompted me to give them the check. Also, the table in front of me had excellent service and were consistently checked on. I believe they were regular customers. Unfortunately, I will not be after that experience. But again, no issues with the food itself.

We were on the hunt for any place open that would accommodate our puppy and my vegetarian gluten free diet. After driving around for much longer than we wanted to be in the dark and having a few misses, we found Zapata's. We did have to wait a bit longer than necessary to get anyone to acknowledge our existence and seat us. But once they did seat us on the patio, our server was fantastic and very friendly. The food was good and we both enjoyed our drinks. If we're ever back in the area, this is a place to consider.

We had a great experience tonight, Cecilia took great care of us and was attentive and helpful. The crunchy shrimp tacos were excellent! Great service and good pricing. We'll be back.
