Paid for unlimited access until 9pm (closing) only to find out that the skating rink actually closes at 6pm .. Also the building itself is very compact so their attractions are small and space is limited, compared to other game zones..

I will say we had a great time here for a birthday party. It’s fun with the black lights and neon colors, great looking arcade games and cute prizes. It’s open, big looks well maintained and very clean. Oh and the pizza was quite good! While the venue was fun, clean and nice I was surprised to see the lack of party help for our booked party. We paid $450 for 10 kids and 2 hours. Walking in for check in I was literally pointed to my table. I was surprised to see no help in setting my table up, I had said I would bring in my own stuff, but offered no help before my guests arrived. I was surprised they didn’t help with putting wrist bands on my guests or real guidance of the party. I had to ask for laser tag to be started so we could utilize our time best, Our “party helper” literally sat at a desk with his feet propped up on the counter through the entire party. He wasn’t very friendly and really not helpful, only in collecting our final payment at the end of the party. There was only 1 other party going on while ours was. We set up, did our own thing, ordered extra separate pizza and pop through the food counter and cleaned up entirely by ourselves. We didn’t leave a thing on the table for him to clean off. I’m not sure what or how I was suppose to fill out the party score sheet party at the end of the party or let alone tip him. I’ve had many parties and ran a similar venue party room like this and have always had far more help that what received here. During our 2 hour party there was time for 2 laser tag games, about 20 mins on skates, 2 round of bumper cars and time for pizza, cake and a few gifts. While we did enjoy ourselves I feel you’ve lost the mark on your party experience. If you have a party host it’s to help the parents and take all the work away from them. I’m paying for the experience and not getting it.

Excellent food and friendly staff. We only wish the Ninja play area was included and they could have had more staff for the party area. I would still recommend it for a birthday party 🎉

Has potentional, but was definitely not worth the money for what they had tonight. We drove down from Lansing to meet friends here, who had called ahead and asked about what time skating was. They were told it started at 1pm, but were not given an end time so we assumed it went until close. We arrive at 4pm just as they were shutting it down for private lessons. We decided to do the ninja warriors course instead. It was good for the younger kids we were with but my 11yo got bored quick. Then we hopped over to the arcade. It was $25 for 120 points and games were around 6pts each, some higher and some lower. The problem with the arcade is half of the machines were out of order and of the few that were on, they weren't keeping score therefore you didnt earn any tickets. Then when we went to cash out our tickets the guy "lost" our cards he'd just scanned and he "couldn't remember how many points we'd had." We had close to 900 but he said since he couldn't remember the exact number that he could only give us 800. After that we left to quickly get subway and were planning to come back and meet our friends there again for more ninja course time and slushys for dessert, but our friends called us to say the staff announced they were closing early due to lack of workers. We spent around $75 here total for what ended up being 1.5hours and 4 tiny little squish toys. Definitely a disappointing evening.

We had a great time! I think a few recommendations, have more than 1 person handling all these parties. Jacob did a fabulous job but I think a person helping him would have made it much better. We waited about 30 mins for Lazer tag to get settled after being asked about it, I wasn't aware the kids could play bumper cars at anytime I thought they had to wait so a few folks missed out on the opportunity! Bummer but we're aware for next time. Pizza was delicious and delivered right on time. I love the idea that you run a tab on the party and can add or delete things if they were not needed. I highly recommend a party here! It was easy and the kids had such a blast. Just keep in mind if you get the unlimited the kids can go at anytime during the party hours and are welcome to stay and skate after.

Took the initiative to come in and have my kids skate; unable to contact facility prior to ensure availability. Upon arrival was told the rink was reserved. Approximately 12 kids occupied the rink. Gave my kids 25$ ea to play games that are meant to condition them to gamble (slot machines that pay out tickets). 25 dollars ea lasted approximately 15 min. Never again….

Call me asap! I have had a very unpleasant time at your brighton location. You just lost thousands of dollars revenue. Your staff is highly incapable of treating people with respect. We were completely embarrassed and harassed. We will never come back here. We had 12 kids here who could of had future parties. That will NEVER happen! My cousins family and I will let everyone know about our experience. Also another comment is that you have no space in your facility for families with more than 4 people. Our family has several families with 5 and 6 kids plus adults. I feel that we were discriminated because we asked where we could sit and the lady told us we could go on the side with the orange gate to one of the long tables. We were approached by multiple members of management and treated horribly. We were asked to leave the building because we sat at a table with our family to eat for 15 mins. Very disappointed. But this was a valuable lesson for my children on how to treat people and what is appropriate and inappropriate. Also you have reserved signs on some tables (no I am not talking about birthday signs) see photo. Those signs were not on any of the tables and there was only one party at the opposite side of the building.

Absolutely filthy! Not to mention pay for an all day pass (unlimited admission) for skating, ninja course, bumper cars, and lazer tag. Skating is only till 4pm! I Have 4 very upset children to only be able to skate for a couple hours ! Don't waste your time or $$!

The bacon, egg, and American cheese on an everything bagel is my favorite to order. After four years, I still haven't ordered anything different because it's that good. The staff is always friendly and does a great job handling a line of people.

The food here is fresh and healthy. If you're looking to improve your diet, this is the place to go! Also, be sure to stop at Hummus Hut while you're at it since it is located directly inside. Cool idea! Will definitely stop here again in the future.
