I’ve been to Hip Hop Fitness with Marissa Mondays at 6p quite a few times and it has not only been a great workout every time, but Marissa has a way of teaching that makes you thoroughly enjoy every step of the class, even if you’re not doing the exact moves she’s doing. She brings out the best in her students and the energy is infectious. I am always able to carry that positivity and fun into the rest of my night and the next day. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, non-judgmental students. Studio Zahiya really is the full package! I’d recommend it to anyone.

Started at the studio a couple months ago and it has brought a whole new energy to my life! My week is not the same if I don’t take the cardio hip hop class with Lisa on Tuesday morning’s. It is so much fun. The atmosphere and people are wonderful at the studio. I look forward to trying more and more classes there!

On Saturday, October 18, 2019 I brought a group of 9 girls to the studio for a Hip Hop Dance class as part of a Bachelorette Weekend! We had the most amazing time, everyone had a blast, worked up a sweat, and danced their butts off! The instructor, Lisa was so kind, helpful, and fun! I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to have a blast and work up a great sweat! Go check it out!

Studio Zahiya gives me life!!! I am so happy to be dancing again in adulthood as I haven’t taken classes since I was a kid. It is super fun, liberating, and a great workout. So far, I’ve mostly attendeed the hip hop classes. All the dance instructors are awesome! Definitely recommend this studio!

I've taken both hip hop & modern dance classes at Studio Zahiya and can't say enough good things about my experiences. The space and location are amazing and the teachers are knowledgeable and kind. I especially love how tidbits regarding dance history and theory are occasionally woven into class. As a life long dancer-wannabe, I appreciate the comprehensive breakdowns and explanations when I need them. I'm thrilled to have found a studio where I can be comfortable in pursuing my dream of dance. It's always a highlight of my week, and I can't wait for class on Monday!

I love the tap classes at Studio Zahiya! Amanda is an AMAZING tapper but, more importantly, an amazing teacher as well. She meets every student at their level and ensures a great experience. The pricing is right for classes as well and electronic registrations and sign-in make things easy. And the variety of classes offered is good. I also like that you can just pay for a drop in class if desired and not feel 'behind' since it's geared to be stand alone classes while still building your skills week to week. It's great dancing with other adults and not trying to fit into a class of teens to get the skill level needed. Wish I could dance here even more often. Try it - you'll love it too!

Lisa is an incredible and inspiring dancer. I've been taking classes at Studio Zahiya for about 2 years, and it has honestly changed my life. Belly dance has helped me with body confidence, flexibility and stress relief and I'm so thankful to have such talented teachers as Lisa and my amazing troupe leader, Charlotte.

I love hip hop fitness. It takes me out of my comfort zone. Every. Single. Time! I get a great workout while moving my body in new and different ways. Studio Zahiya is very welcoming and I always feel comfortable regardless of my ability. I highly recommend it.
