Everything was a little too spicy and salty to my liking even with the sweet flavor of fufu but I am very glad to have experienced trying African food! The restaurant’s ambience and service were great.

J’y suis allée avec mon ami coréen -américain … mardi soir il n’y avait pas trop du monde, mais on a beaucoup kiffé cet endroit. Je trouve que leurs prix ont été un peu chers (pour la bière par exemple ça on peut trouve pour beaucoup moins ailleurs) mais la cuisine faite maison a été très bien 😀 Mon ami il a eu le egusi et moi le bœuf avec Shiner Bock et on est resté longtemps pour discuter et ils ont pas disait qu’il fallait partir. Les portions ont été généreuses. Je reviendrai bien sûr

Love the location, my food was ready, and waiting on me as soon as I arrived. I had Jollof Rice w/Beef & Fried Plantain. 10/10! Would highly recommend their food to anyone! The Jollof is like party Jollof! SO GOOD! Go support them! 👍🏾🇳🇬

Zag Afro-Fusion Cuisine is a must visit if you are in the North Dallas area. The food is quite delicious. I had their jollof, fish and dodo (fried plantain) and it was a burst of flavors. My husband can't stop raving about their jerk chicken. This is the place to go if you want a nice "home cooked" Nigerian meal. (UPDATE: Long wait times for food)

Delicious food. Nice vibe inside. Friendly staff. The beef suya was definitely my favorite, although I also really enjoyed the jerk chicken. I will definitely be back!

The food was AMAZING!! Got to try a little bit of everything and I definitely was impressed. Very authentic Nigerian food. Nice sized portions of food. Great service. Will be going back again in the future.

I called to place an order today. I went further to inquire about the price and total she mentioned she was no where close by to verifying that information, but off the back of her head she was able to tell me the price of a side of plantain. I had to ask if she would like to reiterate what I ordered for confirmation, I sensed attitude just for making that request, (typical of an African once they sense you are younger in age). The time frame given for pickup was an hr. My sibling arrived to pick it up the total was approximately $80 she requested an itemized receipt, she then brought to her notice the difference in price online and the present receipt. Easy resolution she could have apologized and noted that it will be fixed through an update of the online menu and prices but no, it escalated to a rebuttal, while I over the phone listening and voicing my opinion to my sibling since I made the order, was told that I made condescending remarks over the phone to the owner (which I did not, but who cares, we all want to exonerate ourselves). We still payed for the food being hungry and considerate. Regardless of the distance already made. Customer service:0 Work Ethic:0 I personally don’t settle with the mentality that the customer is always right, but to run a business when you are wrong you accept it, apologize go about your day and make amends . It cost you nothing.It promotes your business through word of mouth, reviews and retains customers.
