They always make mistakes. Never recognize or apologize for their mistakes. In the past it’s simple mistakes we can let slide: like being charged for lime and no lime is included. Or asking for a plain taco for our son and then putting onion and cilantro in it. I ordered a Beans and Cheese Gordita, no vegetables. They gave me a gordita with cheese only. The thing was dry and hard. I called to let them know and they blamed ME for their mistake. I asked if they could remake it and they said they would just give me a side of beans. I told them I’m not going back for a side of beans I asked for a gordita with beans and cheese. They made it wrong. I asked if they could put a note down for tomorrow. This hard piece of dough was $4 and it was to satiate a pregnancy craving. No apologies, they were rude and condescending on the phone, told me I would be LUCKY to be able to come back and get a side of beans. Spoke with Laura over the phone and they were all arguing in the background instead of someone just saying “I’m sorry we’ll remake it”she told me to call back tomorrow and speak to Alexandra. This place used to be really good, the staff is absolute trash none of the cooks in the background yelling could take accountability for not reading an order ticket correctly. Also when I called I spoke in fluent Spanish.
They will tell you 5-10 min over the phone , when you get there is 15-20 min wait. No apologies or anything, if you order tacos you’ll get a bunch of onions very little meat. The meat is cooked better during the day then if you go in the afternoon/night. Awful customer service, and very poor behavior from staff , you can see a lot of cross contamination going on. Staff should not clean while cooking.
WORSE EXPERIENCE!! The workers were RUDE! My family & I walked in not one of the workers greeted us. My husband walked in & asked if we can still dine in due to it being a little later at night & he was completely ignored. No one informed us if we had to go up & order or if they were coming to take our order. After we figured out we had to go up & order the workers had the audacity to ask for a tip. As we sat down the workers were sweeping at our feet. We asked for lime & before we could even finish asking they right away stated there wasn’t anymore. Mind you we sat in front of a fridge where we can see a whole bucket of limes & when it was brought to their attention they laughed about it. Then we had hair in our salsa. At this point my husband was already a bit frustrated & asked who the manager was. The lady he asked pointed her out & he came back to sit down as she was taking an order. Then I notice the worker he asked go & tell another worker that he asked for the manager because of the limes & they laughed about it. And if you’ve been to this location before you know it’s very small so I can literally hear everything they are saying. The limes were not the main issue their attitudes & rudeness was the issue. If you can’t have basic courtesy then don’t work at a restaurant. 0/10 would not recommend at all.
Only 2 places have this type of steak. La Pasadita & ZacaTacos. Both delicious but they out of control with prices. $14.52 for 3 tacos. If I wanted cheese its extra. If I wanted lime its extra. There is nothing we could do about it and they are the best Tacos, but damn, its cheaper to eat at The Olive Garden. Soon its gonna be cheaper to eat at Fogo De Chao.
This place is just a shadow of what it used to be, no more tables only stools with counters. They turned it into a fast food carryout restaurant, with a small window used as a drive-thru, for orders placed ahead of time. It's also super smokey in this place. I don't understand why they don't turn on the extractor, so it won't choke the interior with smoke. The steak burritos and tortas got smaller and almost doubled in price. The steak on my burrito was way over cooked and it caused it to taste like beef jerky. They changed way too much, unfortunately not in good way. I'm not sure if I'll ever be coming back.
Saw a homeless man sitting inside so I gave him $10 and he got himself a taco. Food was good though!
This place was the greatest! Lately the meat taste sour and the rice water taste like condensed milk all the way seems like they have it sitting in the fridge for days. I went last Sunday and the lady was sweeping rising dust while we were eating there.. they also messed up several orders while i was present.
Had a steak taco. I read the reviews before ordering as I haven’t been there in quite some time. All seemed great. My meat was burned and you can taste the char and burntness in every bite. Glad I only got one. And it cost $4.84 for 1.
First time coming here! I was in the area and was looking for a taco spot when I stumbled across this place. Decided to try it out and Iâm so glad I did. They served me all this for such an affordable price AND it was fire. I loved how they gave me
Huge restaurant with full bar. Complimentary chicken soup, chip and salsa. Very authentic Mexican food. Cheese stuffed pepper is just right amount of spicy. Mole has very original taste. Serving is very big.
Quecas are good The workers are nice The salsa was pretty good Chicharrón prensado en quecas was good they only thing that the carne asada had mucho Gordo but other then that I do recommend the place
I had the chicken green tamales they were amazingly delicious, the spice level is perfect for my taste. I recommend this place at least give it a chance just like I did now Iâm hooked.
The place is unexpectedly fun, the bartenders are super fun, and the overall environment is great. Love the crowd, and love the crazy weekends! Come check it out! The new ownership completely changed the vibe.
I loved the atmosphere of this place. It has a bar right next door to the coffee shop. Lacy made our coffees and it is reasonably priced. It was 12 dollars for 3 medium sized coffees which is not bad at all. They have live music in the coffee shop an
Everything about this place gets 5 stars! Delicious, authentic, clean, and all-around awesome service. Their seasoning is so flavorful and their plating is gorgeous. The prices are reasonable for this great menu.
The performance by Ivan Singh at this venue was nothing short of perfect. The comfort of the space ensured there wasn't a bad seat in the house, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the music. Singh's talent combined with the venue's cozy

The staff are always so kind and courteous. The food has always been consistent and delicious and hot every time Iâve dropped through. Itâs my go to place after school, my friends and I love this place.
I always enjoy my pizza from here. I usually have it delivered, but I have been in this location to eat a slice alone. The service is always great! Comfortable seating, just try to avoid the after-school hours.
