The service at this place is outstanding. The lady was so kind to show around the place. When we got into talking and told her we were new to Solon, she just gave us a complimentary dish of hummus. Apart from that, the variety of hummus here is incredible! You can also taste the hummus before making a full purchase. We had the cilantro and jalapenos one and it hit right for our Indian tastebuds. The Shrimp Samosa were a flavor bomb! A very thin layer of filling and yet so flavorful that you could clearly taste the shrimp paste in every bite. Chef's kiss! Last but not the least, we had a veggie wrap which had roasted eggplant, squash, roasted bell peppers, roasted cauliflower. And it tasted delicious. You can choose any number of fresh veggies/toppings for the wrap which adds to the freshness of the wrap. Overall super impressed by the service and the house-made and fresh food. Definitely visiting again!
Awesome Lebanese-owned restaurant. Great middle eastern food 👌🏻 EDIT: The veggie wrap is SO good. It comes with rice, roasted eggplant, pickled veggies. You have the option for hot sauce. It’s my new favorite.
I honestly wanted to love this place because the people were nice, but… I got this rice plate and honestly can’t tell what meat it is, it tastes like a Burger King patty though and costs as much as a gourmet restaurant…possibly more. The 12.99 on the menu isn’t clearly defined to show that this is the only item by pound so watch what you order. Ended up costing me $30 for something that I will throw away. I may try again sometime but I wouldn’t recommend this place currently.
I stopped in @Yummus as someone who never liked hummus but I walked out of Yummus with a different perspective after the owner convinced me to try their fresh hummus, after a few sample taste of few interesting flavors, I was hooked😋. Also, the shawarma wraps are delicious. The owners are extremely nice, I will go back😊
It was our first visit, and I already can’t wait to go back! This hidden gem is amazing! We had lunch for two that we ate at a little table while we were there, and also chose items to bring home: two different types of hummus, pita, fresh, Mediterranean olives, ingredients for dinner, including their amazing garlic sauce. And our total bill was only $30! Everything is fresh and delicious and the owners are so friendly! Highly recommend!
Wow! Reminds me of the homemade hummus in Acre and Tel Aviv! Owner is incredibly helpful and pleasant, will let you taste anything before you buy it. So many choices of delicious, fresh food, tons of vegetarian and vegan options. See photo of our "haul" today, under $40 for all this!
I've been here this morning, and I extremely recommend it as an incredible place for meditarian food. Everyone who goes over there must try the grape leaves 😍😍.
This place is amazing! The food is really good, they have a lot of REAL and AUTHENTIC Mediterranean food. People are super friendly. The lady there is amazingly generous! She gave us a lot of free food and was excited to have us taste what she cooked! She is the best! She also told us that they are expending the place so they might have even more options in the near future. I highly recommend the place!!
