Hospital employees are very polite. 8 out of 10 points. Compared to Honor Health Hospital. YRMC 8, Honor Health 10. I still love them

Perfect experience for 2 procedures. Not much of a wait and was treated very well.

Been in this facility many times & have never come across a grouchy staff member. Everyone is always helpful & professional. Every Phlebotomist I've had has been exceptional & the ladies in the Mammogram area have always been kind & efficient so they can let the machine rise from squishing you as quickly as possible!

Was an ER patient held overnight night. Better than good healthcare and personal attention. Also later went for CT Scan and MRI. Appointment and short wait for those.

It was super fast priceedure didn't have to wait long.

It is not a first-come-first-serve basis. If the lady at the desk likes the way you look will go as you sign in if not she puts people ahead of you. Very strange...

I was attended to by a very skilled phlebotomist. I didn't much care for the process of having to make an appointment and check in 5 minutes before, but I do understand and really it's fine now. I was actually impressed with how they had the lobby blocked out. The staff at the table to initially check me in were kind and efficient, and again at the registration desk where my order was processed were as always very professional and nice. Thank you all!

Unfortunately I have needed to visit here quite a few times over the past four months but the service has been terrific. If you go after 2pm the wait time is usually very short.
