Unprofessional! To start the repair technician is never there. I dropped off my device and I was told it would be ready in 2 days. Called every 2 days for 2 weeks and every time I called it seemed like they didn’t even know what device I was talking about. I was being hit with excuse after excuse but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The last day I called them they told me that they would do it for 250 but when I dropped off the device 2 weeks ago I was told it was 180. I mentioned that and they told me to pick up the device they will not do the repair. When I asked why they said at the device was slightly bent and they didn’t wanna deal with it. Horrible costumer service. I wasted 2 weeks with my device just sitting there and they forgot I even dropped it off. They also forgot the conversation about pricing and timing 0/5 stars I went somewhere else and got it repaired for 199. No issues.
Took my phone here today and they fixed my phone in less than 20minutes. Best Phone Repair location that I've ever dealt with in my life. Recommend them to anyone that needs help/repair with their product. THANK YOU!
