Seems like a really appealing and nice place to live but it is so far from it. So let me name off the several reasons we are moving out. We’ve submitted multiple service requests which took MONTHS to be completed. Cheap furniture. Our air conditioning didn’t work for weeks. Cheap paper thin walls. Paint chips just by looking at it. Power will go out in your room just by vacuuming in the living room. Limited hot water. Don’t expect to have room in the fridge if you’re in a 4 bedroom. Management will not give you enough time to answer the door and will knock once without waiting and walk right in. There have been times they didn’t even knock and walked right into our apartment. Also the garbage trucks come at about 4 am everynight so don’t expect to have a good sleep. Our windows leaked every time it rained and i submitted a request and it never got fixed. The only advantages i can think of is the spacious rooms and closets, and having in-unit laundry
This is my second year living here and I love it !!! The staff is beyond nice and extremely helpful with any problems you may have. They have a great system set up where if you have noise complains ( which I do VERY often because some people like to scream and play video games at 3am ) you can call a 24/7 number and directly talk to someone and after they get all your information they send someone from the office up to knock on their door and tell them personally to quiet down. I LOVE IT !!! The amenities are amazing: computer lab, social lounge, activities scheduled monthly, coffee bar, yoga sometimes, gym, tanning bed, and even a conference room. The rims themselves are great. compared to the dorm rooms you have your own separate room so if you happen to not like your roommates all you have to do is shut your door. They are also very nice to all the animals that live here, my dog particularly likes the maintenance man the best ! My German Shepherd and I would 10 out of 10 recommend !!!!
I LOVE The Enclave!!! It is always kept nicely and very clean! There are so many amenities including: free coffee, free gym, a huge lounge space, two separate study rooms, and free tanning! They also do many giveaways! The bedrooms and closets are huge!!! It is very modern and up to date on the appliances! The enclave is 100% worth your money compared to other housing!

I was really excited to live here but my experience was extremely disappointing. The apartments look nice, but the construction of the building was very obviously rushed. I noticed multiple dents and marks on the walls all around the apartment shortly after moving in. Nothing could even touch the walls without leaving a mark that was impossible to wipe off. Aside from the walls looking like a mess, there was also limited hot water, paper thin walls, and the biggest issue of all; incompetent management and office employees. I had multiple issues while living here that management was responsible for solving, however none of them were handled properly. I was repeatedly told that they were doing everything they could to solve these issues, but in reality nothing was being done at all. I was repeatedly lied to by a member of management that I know other residents had issues with as well. Thankfully this person is no longer a part of management at the Enclave. In addition to incompetent management, the office is full of workers that are often rude and unprofessional. I regret wasting $700 a month to live here. For that price, the experience should have been far better. The management clearly only cared about money and not about the experience of their residents. I could go on and on but I’ll just say that for the sake of future residents, I hope that improvements to this building come with the addition of new employees. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here.
Lovely apartments with great staff. They are always willing to help with whatever you need. The amenities are great and sometimes they even provide breakfast during midterms and finals. Plus, there is always free coffee!
The apartments are beautiful and very conveniently located to campus. My older son rented a home north of campus several years ago and paid nearly as much for a room in a broken down old home with few amenities. You definitely get your money's worth with this apartment complex.
It’s a very well maintained, homey feel when you first arrive. I love the smell of the coffee bar when you walk through the residential area by the elevators. Very happy with the security, the staff is always very friendly every time I go there.
Living at University Edge has been the greatest experience of my entire life. The new 2023 staff is amazing, Kacie (property manager) is super nice and super easy to work with, they are all so kind and funny and they give me free stuff! so I would hi
Great clean place. Very welcoming and will explain things to you and don't make you feel like a bother. Great customer service. We were helped by an employee named Taylor.
We truly loved our time here! We had pineapple and cran-peach ciders. They were amazing and so was Alexis, our bartender. There is such a great vibe here and it immediately raises your mood. The marketing is beautiful and you can tell so much thought
