Wow! The BEST EXPERIENCE ever with any IT person. They put in a telephone system in my Funeral Home...it took 7 hours. Kyle was the most patient person. He did whatever needed to be done, and with NO Gripes. He explained everything needed to me. PLEASE NOTE: I am totally illiterate when it comes to technology, so if your like me YourSIP is the way to go. Thanks again!

He first listened to our challenges we were having with our current carrier to exactly what we wanted and needed. Vinnie was available to meet with me promptly and discuss options. What a great personality, kind and very knowledgeable person. Because he was a great listener it was easy to make the decisions that fit our needs best. I had to gather 4 estimates and I already knew without a doubt that YOURSIP was the company I wanted to use. I wanted a hands-on real person to rely on and that is exactly what you get with YOURSIP!! Our phones are super easy to navigate!! We accumulated a few changes over our first week and it only took Kyle a few minutes to make the changes.
