I’ve known Harold for almost five years he’s the owner of the company he’s a great person to be around I’ve met his kids at least his sons I don’t know if he has daughters he is a pillar of the community he’s reliable dependable flexible understanding and a great businessman

Guy showed up today , no ideal who he really was...called said he was my driver But had wrong doctor's office and wrong address...said he had few others with him I told him I would call my transportation service to verify and or he could call also ..they said they had my correct address Where I was going but he didn't and he never called ..I called him back later Told him wasn't my ride he had wrong information all strange , after calling him Told him that I would wait for my driver He kept sitting out there awhile Transportation is always supposed to send people description for f their vehicle who they are tag info etc...he never did no idea who or what that was but nowadays you can't just assume go off with someone Even if they are a driver from some company he had none of my correct information he called me and was fishing for information

I am tried of waiting on these people I have been waiting on them from 11:40am to 1:44 pm I have been waiting for 2 hours on these people They Horrible
