I’m very upset. I have a medical condition where my esophagus doesn’t work or move properly so things have to be very easy to eat because I can’t swallow easy. So I was eating my bagel, It was hard as a rock and I tried chewing it good and even microwaved it to be soft. Then in my last bite, I found 3 hairs not 1 - 3 shorter brown length hairs deep in my cream cheese. I hope I didn’t swallow any, one got stuck in my teeth when chewing. I’m disgusted. I called and the girl said she can make me something else but I will never eat here again. I hope I’m not going to choke and die from the clumps of hair found in my food now. Wow.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. My fiancé called in our order and reads my order the same way on the phone any time we order from any bagel store. An egg everything bagel lightly toasted with very little cream cheese and two pieces of bacon. I get to the store 15 minutes after the call was made and it was pretty busy so I understand a little bit of a wait. I waited 10 minutes in the store and so after a total of 25 minutes to complete a 1 bagel and 1 breakfast sandwhich order I would have liked our orders to atleast be correct. My bagel was made way ahead of time so it didn’t even matter that I asked for toasted at that point and when my fiancés breakfast sandwich was finally ready they didn’t even call the right name when I went up to the counter. I got home and my bagel was LOADED with cream cheese to the point you can barely see the bacon. The bacon was soaked in cream cheese I could barely even taste the bacon. I literally had to scrape off the cream cheese to even try to enjoy eating my bagel. And if that wasn’t already disappointing enough my fiancés sandwhich had no hot sauce on it like he had asked for. For almost $14 and a 25 minute wait for two things I’d atleast like it to be correct. Please listen to your customers over the phone when they are ordering and make it the way they ask for it.

This is one of the worst places I haven ever been. Ordering the sandwiches over the phone I will say that the staff was alright. After picking up the sandwiches though I was shocked. First of all, the bill was over $30 and for what?? I asked for three sandwiches. Two with 3 egg whites and two orders of small home fries on the side. The sandwiches looked like they had only one egg white on and and the bagels were squished. They charged me $6 for home fries that looked like they were a large and not a small. They were full of red spice sauce and god awful large onions and peppers. As shown in the picture there is something that looks like a gigantic uncut onion. These were more like dinner potatoes and honestly don’t know how they think that people would even eat this when it was mostly a bowl of spicy peppers and onions! Ever since this place changed over they have never tasted the same. When I used to go out to breakfast with my family I would spend about $18-$20 for three sandwiches. Not over $30!! When I called to confirm the woman was not the nicest when we sounded unsure of the pricing. The place did not change for the better and I will not be going back there.

I must say that I'm very disappointed with the sandwich that I received! Purchased a chicken cutlet hero today with bacon cheese, mayo etc, and a chicken salad at this establishment. There was hardly any chicken cutlet to fill the bread, hardly any bacon also!!! Both sandwiches was very salty also. I have no problem paying the going rate for food in today's market if I'm getting good service and a good product!!!! This review is not intended to hurt your business but instead help you improve your service and standards!!!

10/10 Recommend I got there right before they closed, I was nervous the bagel was going to be bad since it’s been sitting out all-day. But the guy was so nice and the bagel was even better soft and fluffy and amazing.

I frequent this place with a friend often to sit and have breakfast. The bathroom is always out of ORDER. as a customer I'm unable to go to the bathroom or wash my hands. Today's the last day I will go there. from this point on I will go to a diner where I'm accommodated like a human being.. You claim you give a key out? While waiting several minutes to utilize the restroom a female from your staff after me asking is there somebody in there or do you need a key to get in I was told straight up it's out of order. So clearly your staff doesn't know or you don't give out a key.

Breakfast sandwiches are so good. Plenty of bagel flavors to choose from out in the display case. Their bacon was nice and crispy. Service was good. Food came out quickly. Coffee is self serve, they have a lot of different flavor creamers. A couple tables up front if you want to eat there. Would definitely reccomend!

Bagels are great more doughy rather than fluffy in consistency, which I happen to prefer. The only issue I have is the service. Orders I've repeated multiple times in person end up wrong. The items are there, but any additions/ changes to said items are missing or wasn't what I ordered. I was handed a complete order that wasn't even mine. On multiple occasions, I have had to go back after driving all the way home because 1 item was not put into the bag before it was handed to me.
