You Power Yoga is a great intimate studio with friendly teachers each with their distinct style and strengths. It’s really a great studio for beginners as well as for seasoned yogis wanting to deepen their practice. They also have warm yoga which I love. I have found out that hot yoga can cause adrenal fatigue. You Power Yoga is the best yoga studio in Edmond in my opinion!

Egos are low, no pressure to compete or do any pose with which you’re not comfortable. The teachers and clientele provide a warm environment, both temperature in the studio and their personalities. You’ll never get lost in the shuffle and will always feel valued. YouPower offers a wide range of classes, from Yin (calm classes designed to stretch) to Power Yoga (designed to build strength) and ‘Beginner’ (designed to familiarize new students as well as add precision for more practiced students) to All-levels Vinyasa (for movement and breath work). The teachers, individually, have a knowledge base that includes anatomy, variations of poses to fit your style, dealing with injuries, different styles of yoga and history, and a little bit of life philosophy! If you’re looking for a welcoming, peaceful environment to get some movement in your day, then YouPower is the place!

If you're looking for a yoga studio in Edmond, it's this one. The instructors, including the owner, go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable, feel welcomed, and getting the absolute most out of every experience. They have a number of classes available, at work-friendly hours, and every single one feels rewarding!! They also take care of students, which I deeply appreciate. Seriously, LOOK NO FURTHER. You'll fall in love and have a hard time going anywhere else! LOVE them.

I strongly recommend Yoga Teacher Training at You Power Yoga with Casi and Denise. They are Yin and Yang (Yin-Yang?), with compatible but different ways to approach the mat and teaching. I graduated in March 2022 and found both trainers approachable, informed, and helpful. The atmosphere was positive and super charged with information, energy, and active hands-on learning. As a student I received solid information, intense yoga practice, and thoughtful homework assignments that impacted my mind, body, and spirit. This teacher training provides a safe space to deepen your practice and is an empowering experience whether you intend to learn more as a student or become a yoga teacher. The training transformed my yoga practice. As a new teacher I continue to receive strong support from Casi and Denise and see the You Power Yoga studio as my home away from home.

A variety of yoga classes offered. Excellent facilities and positive vibes every time I've been. Great place for beginners to start and experienced yogis will get what they need as well. Top notch instructors always make you feel welcome.

Denise is the best! She is an exceptional yoga instructor and amazing person. I can already tell a difference in mobility and pain relief in my back and hips after a few classes. If you are looking for a great way to improve your overall health and well being, look no further!

Today was my first time visiting You Power Yoga and I attended a “New Year, New You Areal Yoga” event. It was a great experience! The studio was warm but not hot, it smelled lovely and the lighting and music were soothing and beautiful. Denise led the yoga portion of the event and she was friendly, confident, patient and very good at explaining exactly what the body needed to do. Lisa started is out with a body scan meditation that got us into good place to be able to focus on the experience of today. Charles was encouraging and inspiring!

I've been going to You Power Yoga for a few weeks now and have taken classes with Denise, Andrea, and Kate. They're all great teachers--they really know their stuff and every class is focused and challenging, but at the same time the vibe is very relaxed and accepting, and there are always people there who are brand new to yoga. The classes work for all skill levels because the instructors do a good job explaining the different levels available to each pose. The place looks nice, the music in the classes is good. I'm so glad to have this place in Edmond.
