I absolutely love Renee! She makes the environment so fun, friendly, and enjoyable! Even if it your first time or fifth time she will have your body doing amazing things. I have gone I think 5 times already but I learn something new every time. I have taken class with people I don’t know and have had private classes with friends and family but all are great. Renee is such a joy and light to this world that just her energy makes me feel motivated and inspired! I love her and this practice.

I took a trapeze yoga class at You Me Trapeze, and the experience was great. Renee (the owner) was extremely helpful and made my experience so much fun. She was very detailed in explaining the different poses and their benefits (certain poses are better for back/neck pain etc). Toward the end of class, there was a cool-down period that felt like I was floating in midair. She also had various handmade items (weighted eye pillows and macramé keychains) for purchase. I stepped out of my comfort zone and found an activity that I love and has become a part of my weekly routine. Try it, you won't regret it.

I am very new to the world of Trapeze and I am glad that my experience was with Renee she literally held my hand as I started and helped me perform some amazing moves that I didn’t know I had in me! She is very knowledgeable and was able to make my trapeze experience both fun and helpful to target my painful areas. After one session, my back pain was gone for weeks. She is also very nurturing and brings ginger candies to her classes for those that might get nauseous being upside down. It was an excellent experience and I am definitely now a regular. I recommend anyone new to trapeze or trying it out to give her class a go! You won’t go wrong!

Have had nothing but amazing experiences with Renee! She’s an all around good person and instructor. I’ve done trapeze/aerial a few times and even attended her FEAR Retreat. If you’re thinking of attending her retreat and are hesitant, be assured that Renee and anyone she associates with are a healthy minded people. Highly recommend her classes and retreats!

Love love Renee’s trapeze yoga classes! She makes you feel comfortable immediately as you work on building your confidence in the poses, and the work out itself is amazing. I especially enjoy that she has outdoor classes. You leave feeling stretched, strengthened, and in a great mental head space. Would recommend to everyone :)

Renee’s approach to teaching is challenging, safe, and fun. Even though she teaches difficult poses and combinations, she always includes the mind and body aspects of aerial yoga. She exemplified this during her Aerial Yoga Teacher Training program that I had participated in. After certifying with Renee, I was ready to teach by next day. I continue take classes with her to keep my skills sharp and as inspiration for my own aerial yoga classes. I never realized my own strength until I started training with Renee. I look forward to learning more from her.
