Omg I miss this place so much. Too bad they don't have one in Arizona.

Ordered 3 combos, all had very little chicken. They claimed to be making fresh vegetables so we had to wait. 2 orders only had only lettuce...

This place sucks, the service and cleanliness of the place. The food is tasteful but they have become real frugal with their portions. Some many ppl that they cannot handle the rush! This place deserves 2 stars and nothing more.

Needs to be more organized as far as customers ordering and receiving their orders. Customers shouldn't have to feel like they have to hop over other customers just to place an order & receive their food.

This Yoshinoya has to be the worst one I've been to, the staff are extremely rude, they don't know the first thing about customer service, no one should have to eait 30 minutes for fast food, instead they just stand there looking at their phones, the lobby is filthy with straws and napkins laying around on the floor, the restroom smells like rotten sewage. Do better. Do your job.

The food was great. I'm sure that it's pretty uniform at most chains like Yoshinoya. The only thing I'd say is the look of the restaurant felt dead, ghost town like. From someone that studied in the art field, presentation is everything. I know it sounds cliche, but it's true. It just looked depressing inside of the restaurant. It doesn't draw customers to want to come in.

Hi I just dine in here and had to order online because the register was down very inconvenient. After eating my dinner I asked if I can please use the restroom. And the kid here working told me the restroom is not available. There’s no sign on the outside of the restroom door. For some Reason I think this employee is just not providing good customer service. I please ask that the manager at this location please be on top of your Employees. Especially if they are just kids. Since I walked in this Yoshinoya all the employees here are just on there phones especially the kid attending me. Please and thank you

Staff is inconsistent with knowledge of the menu items and how the app works. Even the manager wasn't helpful. Food is okay, but the staff ruin the experience. They need better customer service skills.
