Yoshinoya Inglewood - Restaurant in Inglewood - 10025 Hawthorne Blvd, USA

Came here late night because they stayed open until 2am. upon arrival there is a sign stating that they are only serving kids meals. There is no ways an establishment that is this big can only have portion sizes for kids meals and if so to accommodate your customers you would serve them in whatever bowl that you have available. This is an obvious sign of laziness whoever was working tonight just did not want to cook and decided to deter customers with this sign. I have been here numerous times and this has never been an issue. Instead of saying that you only have kids meals just close the business down for the night... Not only did I waste my gas and my time coming here but The lack of customer service Does not give me a reason to come back. I even asked the employee if they could give me the same portion for my large meal just put it in the kids bowls.. However I was told that they could not do that because it would be too many bowls! What kind of business is this?!?! For a large chain they should be ashamed of hiring people who do not want to do their job. For the manager or owner who sees this look at the picture that was posted in your establishment. Horrible service and a waste of time

The family and I grew up eating Yoshinoya in California, and eating here again after years of not was very nostalgic. The food was bomb with a good vibe.

I'm a fan of yoshinoya food anyway, so I thought I would throw a review on the first one I visited in the US. The staff was friendly, but seemed not too interested in their work. The place was halfway clean, and not too busy. Food was excellent, as always.

Good food. The restaurant was really clean and well managed. The Habanero grilled chicken and Orange chicken were AMAZING. My wife ordered the teriyaki grilled chicken and the Habanero grilled chicken. She wasn't a big fan of the teriyaki, and to be honest, neither was I. Atmosphere I rate it 3 stars because of the person that was sleeping and not one employee decided to wake him up. Other than that, we liked the food. This was our first time going to this food chain, and it definitely won't be our last.

Mostly good experience. They somehow dropped our order off the screen and forgot to make it. They promptly fixed the problem once we brought it to their attention. The bathroom though... Sweet mercy of Mother Mary, someone had a fight with the paper products and got water everywhere, it smelled pretty bad too. Bathroom put up a good fight, but I think it lost. I believe they eventually fixed it after a few people complained. I think management took the day off.

RUDE AS CASHIER AT 9:24 TOLDE ME HE COULDNT TAKE MY ORDER , BECAUSE HE WAS WAITINGG ON THE COOK TO FINISH MAKING THE PLATES JUST STANDING THERE NOT DOING ANYTHING WHEN A LONG LINE WAS BUILDING UP. ASK HIM CAN YOU TAKE MY ORDER BUT INSTEAD I GOT A RUDE RESPONSE YELLING ME I NEED TO BE PATIENT WHEN WE HAVE BEEN STANDING HERE FOR 5 MINUTES.

Great value. Especially if you get the coupons in the mail or download the app. I like the grilled beef & the shrimp. My son the tilapia. They also have a good cheese cake. Friendly, fast. I also prefer the NOT SO FRIED RICE & the steamed vegetables. They do a good job social distancing. Go in throw one door, out throw another..Face mask that cover both mouth & nose mandated. Clean.

The salmon is undercooked and the gyoza are burnt. Also styrofoam is not appropriate for anything hot due to chemical leaching.
