Yoshi Japanese Cuisine - Japanese restaurant in Hesperia - 17005 Bear Valley Rd STE B, USA

This is my third review of this place. My first review about a year ago was great. However I gave them a bad review after returning to the restaurant for a third and fourth time because they didn't treat us well at all during those visits. It seemed that the reason for the indifferent treatment was because we ordered All You Can Eat. I haven't been there since my last visit which was about 6 months ago. But I decided to go back today to see if they'd made any progress and offer changes. Well they have! The service was great, the sushi was delicious, and we didn't get the bad treatment we had gotten during those other visits. As long as this continues, I'll be coming back here again and again.

Looks like your typical corner sushi restaurant that would serve run of the mill rolls and nigiri that bland and boring. Actually they don't even have nigiri on the menu. But I was pleasantly surprised. Rolls are very flavorful, they are actually quite large and the fish is very fresh. Decently priced as well. Roll was about $20, but it was very big! Service was very good. They constantly kept my tea 🍵 refilled. Our waitress also knew the menu very well and was able to recommend a roll that had exactly what I wanted. They were very attentive, but also didn't bother us as they could see my friend and I were deep in conversation. I don't remember the name, but it had tuna and avocado outside and spicy salmon and crunchy shrimp inside and crunch on top. Perfect 👌. And it was huge!! I had to take half of it home! I also recommend the tuna and seaweed poke salad. Delicious 😋 and large chunks of tuna! I will definitely be back again!

They don’t offer all you can eat and the happy hour menu is take out only. False advertising. Food is okay, service sucks though. Everyone is rude.

It's lost its sushi presentation since covid began. Food is still of good quantity. But it's definitely lacking its food presentation. When serving sushi. That means a lot

The food is really good. I haven't had a bad item yet. The staff is very helpful and allows for accommodations to normal roll. It is a cute little place, but the tables are a bit close together. Today, we were lucky enough to have a stand-alone table, but it was close to a machine that then people waited for their order near. It is my husband's favorite sushi restaurant.

It was the first time there. I went to get some soup for my bestie who was coming down with a little cough. She wanted miso soup dor it. But I didn't know they had sushi. When I saw the menu. Lawd I was in heaven. I enjoy trying everything on the menu, but I just started 7 dishes this time. 😁 But I will be back to try more dishes til I reach the last.😋😋😋😋

Love this place. Happy hour all day long and the sushi is great ...Customer service is excellent. Service was quick.
